Hi all,I'm Jonny, newb to site but been doing Penis Enlargement off and on for a few years, mostly jelqs and pumping, and lurked here for a couple months before joining. Before I start, just wanna say I like this site, and with everybody's input, knowledge, and support, this is changing my life for the better and I am most grateful.

My homemade hanger is similar to others I've seen here, maybe no different at all, but figured I'd share anyways, cuz it cost me nothing but a lil time and some stuff that was already laying around the garage.
The bars are made from a piece of 1/8th or maybe 3/16ths steel bar that was 1" wide. I cut them 3.5" long, then rounded the ends on my bench grinder and smoothed edges with a file. The holes for the bolts are drilled 1/2" from the ends, and I opened one end on one bar for a quick release.
The bolts are just 5/15ths 2.5" long bolts w/ nuts. 1/4" would work just as well. Whenever I get around to it, I'll get wingnuts, but it's no big deal really.
A piece of 550 cord tied in bowlines on each bolt, between the bars when assembled.
I didn't have an S hook, and I think a carabiner works just as well but slower to remove the weight. I use a piece of 550 cord to tie weights together as well, and just clip it on the loop.
Simple to build, and more importantly, very comfortable and effective. I am gaining for sure!!!
For a wrap, I'm using a strip of foam rubber cut from a mouse pad.
I am currently hanging 20 lbs for 20 min at a time with no slipping, pinching, or bad pain (Idk bout everybody else, but I kinda recognize a good pain while hanging more than a couple lbs). Of course a bit of fine adjustment needed after its on but before donning weight to prevent pinching or skin stretching. My goal is lig stretch, and man can I feel that lig stretching!

I am getting great length results with this and I just really wanted to share my homemade, cheap, bombproof hanger.

Yes, very. A comfy wrap that stays put makes all the difference.

What kind of gains have you made so far? Is this hanger all you are using to make these gains?
 
I've gained 1.2" bone pressed stretched flacid length since mid- november. I didn't measure erect, I know I've gained erect length, but nowhere near 1.2".
I try to hang 1.5 hrs a day. 20- 30 min sessions, at 17.5lbs to 22.5lbs, with 20- 30 min breaks. During the break I jelq and stretch a bit, to get the blood flowing back, and to help lessen the discoloration. When I'm done hanging, I pump for 3 or 4, five min sessions. I feel this also helps with the discoloration, and helps with gains of course.
So no, I can't say my gains are from just hanging, no way. I do pump, jelq, and stretch, but not for as long or as intense as I hang.
I do miss a day here and there, but try to make up for it.
 
Added weight :) . Comfortably doing 25, and sometimes 27.5. I often swing the weight around while standing, hanging down. Swing it around in circles, back n forth, and side to side. The side to side can be mad intense!

I tried your hanger today. looks good and simple but I have some problems. maybe you can help me. My problem is that the pressure on the glans and where the steel plates push into the penis causes pain when I am hanging more than 10 lbs. I am wrapping with 3-4 layers theraband. slipping is no issue but the pain. hopefully you have some tips that help. If there was no pain it would be extremely comfortable.
 
forgot to mention that I am attaching the hanger on the sides. where do you attach it to?

Why not use some cushioning around the sharp edges, maybe the same stuff that is being used to wrap with, like weather proofing tape. Sharp metal edges against the skin sounds like toucher.

I already sticked these rubber like things that I got from my captains wrench onto the plate. but even if that was no problem I still would get pain from the high pressure on the glans.
 
For a wrap for this I use some 1/8" thick foam rubber very similar to mouse pad. I try to get it as close to the base as I can. I also had pain when trying it near the glans. So I really go for an intense lig stretch rather than the whole penis. I set the plates across the top and bottom of my penis, near the base, but I dont aee why ot wouldnt work on the sides too.
Cool to see somebody else trying it! Give it a fair shot and try a thick cushiony wrap that wont slip. Also soften up any edges with a file just for safety, tho the metal parts dont touch my skin.
 
I will try the sleeve from my vac hanger as a cushioning and attach and it at the base.

I had the idea: why not use two of these hangers on the penis at once. one at the base and one near the glans (8-10 pounds is ok for me). it is very possible since the hanger is so small. The advantages I think are clear. Even the force from the hanger near the glans would increase the pull in the ligs. That way you could split the needed weight onto two areas and maybe even get a good tunica stretch.

I would really recommend you to attach the hanger on the sides instead of the top and bottom. The tissues in the CS are very important and very sensitive and you want to do everything to prevent damage. Give it a try and see how it works.
 
I hear ya, but what would be beneficial, about wearing it on the sides, as opposed to top and bottom? I'm not very experienced at this, but I have been hanging like this for a few months, with substantial gains, and no damage.
The idea bout 2 hangers sounds good.
