IMO the SG is just a pain in the ass no matter how you wrap. I highly recommend getting a VLC or vac attachment for it if you are trying to use it for many hours a day.

Do you think an extender is still beneficial to use since the Phallosan is made just for left and right stretching?

They both have benefits in PE. The SizeGenetics can not be worn at night but it does have stronger traction than the Phallosan so I suggest using the SizeGenetics throughout the day and then use the Phallosan at night to achieve the most hours possible. The longer you are in these devices the faster you will grow.

Many frown on wearing an extender at night. i wore my extender at night with no problem. I just did it at light tension so i didn;t have to tighten the strap to tight and risk cutting of circulation. i never had any issues with blood flow. you do need to be very careful though. practice before you fall asleep just to be safe

I do think that men can fuss their way through the night with the SizeGenetics but there are just too many risks that could cause harm, with the Phallosan these risks do not exist. I think, with all the hours you can get in the Phallosan, it should be the choice for those doing sleep time PE.

Hey YKM! This looks ingenious. I just ordered the Miracle Slider Extender and will be receiving it within the next couple of days. I already own the SG, but hate it and will likely return it. I was wondering a few things. Where can I find a second cradle? And where can I find the extra comfort straps? Also, can I get away with a more simpler wrapping that provides just as much comfort and surface friction/hold? Lastly, if not, do I just look for "sports pre-wrap" at a sporting goods store? Your post inspired me to give extending another chance. Thanks for sharing this invaluable information.

I am next going to try placing a catheter into my bladder so i dont have to take of my extender for even longer periods of time...i knew 4 years of nursing school and 3 years working as a nurse would finally pay off!!!!! aaaaaand i am just kidding about placing the catheter..though it would do what i want and then increase my chance of getting a UTI lol.

muaythairobot - i bought another extender. if there is a more comfortable way to wrap while still holding effectively I don't know it. Yes sports pre wrap at store or amazon.com

I thought the new thing now is to use a phallosan/extender combo. That's what I plan on doing as soon as I buy the pf.
