For the past 5 months or so I've been on a pretty hardcore length regimine. The type of routine I have been doing is keeping my penis extended as close to 24 hours a day as physically possible (considering I take a shower, take a piss, take a shit, have sex, do other Penis Enlargement routines, etc). Now, for about 3 1/2 months my penis felt normal, as in no big fatigue. However, lately I have been experiencing that my penis (tunica specifically) has been really fatigued, I mean I can feel the tunica and such aching when I focus on it throughout the day. It's not a painful feeling, it just feels like I have been stretching my arm for a really long time and the stretching has just worn the tendons, etc, down past capacity and is just in a state of which I don't know the name.

Some days I won't even hang, just wear the ADS and ANS, and STILL I am totally fatigued. This lead me earlier to question whether I could technically only hang for an hour a week with my regimine and still get as good of gains as if I hung 2 hours a day, which is what I usually do. When I wake up in the morning after about 1 lbs of tension from the key reel, my penis will be just aching again. Now, I DON'T get negative PIs from this, I'll still wake up with a nice fat flaccid, but it still has that great ache in the tunica.

Also, along with this, I have noticed that my average erect length has gone down. It has gone down to almost 1/2 an inch. I am still above 8" bp but not by much. In October, before I started the intense "keep it extended 24/7" approach, I measured a solid 8.5" bp on average, and even saw my penis longer (at least I thought) when jelqing and edging for over an hour. This has forced me to contemplate whether or not to go on with this experiment of mine. Maybe there will be a huge gain for me in the next few months with no more losses, maybe there will be more losses only with the penis getting much longer after a few weeks of rest, or maybe I will just continue to lose and have some counter-gains from keeping the penis extended just too damned much.

It is common knowledge that one should do length work whenever possible, as it has been accepted that it is pretty much impossible to overwork length, as you are just stretching tissue, not expanding it (girth work). However, I think I might have found, for better or worse, a way in which length can really be overtrained. I would like others' opinions on this.
 
For me the only time I gain length quickly is when I'm really hurting nonstop. If this fatigue keeps up for a month or so with no BPFSL gains, then you might have a reason for concern. Don't focus too much on BPenis EnlargementL in the meantime.

My suggestion is to not quit. This is the time to cut back dramatically on your Penis Enlargement. Keep hanging to the extent you can hang but not to the point of pain.
Keep doing whatever you are doing and cut back at least 50%.

This is what I do. I hang every day. I pump every day. I use a Peni-Master every day.

But when it becomes painful I wait until I can't hang/pump/ads any longer. That usually takes about a good night's sleep then I get on with the program but at a very light weight regime.
The key is never, ever let your cock retire and heal in a retracted state.
If you have as much experience as I do you know that letting the Pussy Splitter rest only means it will heal in a retracted state.

Last, back off on the weights! Too much will actually cause you to be shorter because your ligs are fighting you. If you stop all together for about 6 months (considering you have been hanging high weights) the surprise will come with about 1/2" in length gains. Reason is, your ligs finally relaxed and let go giving you the extra ¼” to ½”.
I have experienced this.

Mate i would take a decon break for at least 2 weeks and evaluate things after this period of rest time. Sounds to me you could have entered a "zone" where the inflamation is winning on the body's recovery ability. You could have just teared some soft penile tissue and the inflamation is giving you the pain.

IMO stop and just live life for 15 days or so, relax and practice on some cool sex to maintain the flow of blood in those stretched/expanded chambers.

Once again, it's not a pain. It's one of those feelings like you just stretched your legs really good. Like after a good tunica hanging session, you feel that "pull" on the inner penis, that's what it feels like all the time.

Well pain or not it is still not normal and as for relating to any kind of pain associated with hanging is out of reach for me cause i do not hang yet.

My advice still stands mate, it should have enough time to recover from whatever it may be just to keep things safe. Too high prices to pay when we decide to "endure" the pain or disconfort or whateva...

This is very good advice. However, I don't have any lig pain because I hang high. I do most SO during then week, because I can use my leg strap to put around my knee and "hang." So I guess I should go back to hanging 7.5 pounds or something? I found over Spring Break that hanging 7.5 pounds for an hour still gives me fatigue. I was gaining back when I was steadily hanging 7.5 pounds, I think I'll give this a try again, forget the 16 1/4 pounds.

I thought that what would happen if I stopped hanging and only ADS'd for a month or so then I'd get to 8.75 or even 9, which is sort of what you said. Is this correct? Thank you for this advice, your expertise is really appreciated.

I will keep on ADSing all day and night, but I think I will stick to one or two hours of hanging a day with a max of 7.5 pounds, which is comfortable, but doesn't feel like it's ripping off my penis like 15+ does. Also, I noticed that weight with vacuum hanging is more extreme than with vice hanging, as 10 lbs used to be easy for me to hang back when I tried vice hangers, and it didn't feel nearly as much pull on the internal structures as did 10 lbs with a vacuum hanger. I guess since it applies tension not to skin and only to the internal structures, it is more intense and you need less weight with vacuum hangers.
 
If your BPFSL drops along with fatigue, then you really are overworking. I'd go ahead and do a decon break like someone recommended, just in case this is being caused by a small injury.

I probably am "shocking" my penis too much. It seems similar to back when I was clamping. Sometimes I overdid it and my size would actually shrink because of the "shock" clamping gave to my chambers. When I tuned my workouts down in clamping things got better. I haven't clamped in about 9 months and am not planning to again in the future. However, I think I will keep hanging until I reach my ultimate length goal, whatever that may be, just I'll hang at lower weight, and not as much. I will still keep my ADS and ANS on forever though. I think always keeping it extended it a very positive thing, as it will ultimately heal like that, at least in theory.

Consider for a moment the possibility that your penis will not heal in an extended state, and, a perserverance in your present routine may continue to yield negative growth. For a moment lets accept this as a plausible conjecture. Can you afford to continue to deny the possibility of this hypothesis being correct?
It would be interesting to the see the effect of a deconditioning break, that is: I would hope that you would at least regain what you have lost, however, a gain of length in excess of 3/4" as a result of deconditioning seems to me unlikely.

I lost close to a quater inch in girth that I gained over last 8 months, when I hit length the last month, oh well guess I can always get it back when hitting girth agian, didn't you also lose, piont being that one can expect to lose some when hitting length.


How r costs going with reupping the grip material? , not a huge deal but the sheaths do wear out!

I would also take a decon break. The only suggest 8 hours during the day, I would comeback in 3 weeks or so and try that. At some piont more is not always better. Aight, G luck!

I just ordered 5 new hour-glass sheaths. With 10 new g-flex sheaths and 5 hour-glass sheaths, I should be set for at least two years I figure. Cool thing was they gave me an extra 6 g-flex sheaths because they forgot to send a purchase of mine.

My whole point in doing this routine was to see what would happen because I have never seen it done before. I guess we are starting to find out what happens when you truly never let it turtle. I think this is a very important Penis Enlargement study, and I'm going to cut back on the hanging for a while but keep my penis extended with an ADS/ANS. I think this is the best compromise, as I'll still be extended, but I won't be exerting a lot of force on my penis. It'll be a tug all day long instead of a rip.

From everytihng I've read from BIB, when you get to fatigue then back the weights off so you hang comfortably and keep on hanging.

I did this sometimes. I think it's a good idea and will be doing this from now on if I start hanging heavy again. I've been off hanging for 4 days now. Penis is starting to get more healed.

It usually takes me 3 days to get to the point where my weights are just a little too much and back off a couple of pounds. Otherwise my body just fights back, hurts and doesn't gain.
Only when I lay off everything for months is when my dick finally gets out of survival mode, relaxes and my length increases by around 1/4".
It's hard not to go heavy but it does seem the logical thing to do.

What diameter of tube are you using for pumping? 2", 2 1/4" or? I just started pumping. My midshaft girth is 6" and my base (from hanging) is at 7".
