Hey guys,

I've been using the penomet for more than 2 months with the following routine:

1. DLD's basic stretches (behind-the-cheeks, down, out, up)
2. Using Bathmate in shower for 20 minutes


However, I haven't seen any big gains. There were no length gains, but erect girth increased a little.

What should to get better gains? Someone told me to add in a SG extender... Thoughts?

(I already read DLD's SRT.)

I can help you. Just tell me what your goals are (length, girth, length and girth (length with priority), girth and length (girth with priority)). Oh, and something I think you should keep in mind next time you do a similar routine- if your goal is length, just do the Bathmate session before the stretching. That way do you soften the tunica and maybe weaken the PC (which means better stretch :)).

I use the penomet, sorry I had a typo there. haha.

Current stats:
BPenis EnlargementL: ~ 5.75"
MSEG: ~ 4.25"

Short term goal:
BPenis EnlargementL: 7" (+ ~1.25" increase)
MSEG: 5" (+ ~0.75" increase)

Maybe girth priority? How can I even it out more so that MSEG and base girth are more similar?
 
DLD's newbie routine is the way to go it's so simple,easy and the fastest way to gain,all these gadgets are good but can lead to over training in the beginning the newbie routine is what will give you the best safest gains.
After you have finished the newbie routine you can move on to different exercises using all these new gadgets.

Hello k12345, If you have read SRT is there more you need? It is really the best workout possible and with the many ways and modifications that can be made to have it work for everyone is truly amazing. The SizeGenetics Extender would be the smartest thing you can add to what you have already in your toolbox. What exactly is the SRT. I read through the post 2-3 times but I'm still confused.

What I got from it is that it is optimal to heal is an elongated/stretched state. But as far as that routine described in the post, is that part of SRT too? Or is that just an experiment?

I'm not sure if SRT is just the fact that healing in an extended position is optimal or if it's the actual multiple week routine described in the post.

If you want to even out your girth, the best pump for that purpose is the mityvac penis pump. You can get it from the MOS shop
