A very sad but real phenomenon, some men have these issues. I named this Penile Dysmorphic Disorder back in 2002 because I saw this trend happening to men. Men who would come big to begin with has a skewed vision of their size and there were men like me that made big gains but had issues seeing it or realizing it. This is when we started the Mental Penis Enlargement forum, there was a definite need for mental work to be done alongside of PE work. We need to grow mentally as we grow physically or obsession can slip in.
 
I think fatpad/fat in general is very important in this thing..you could have a perfectly average penis , let's say 5.5x5 , but if you have 1" of fatpad ( let's be honest here,7 out of 10 guys have some sort of belly fat/fatpad) , your dick will look very small.

You got to love yourself before you can love another. I think we learn to love ourselves through the Brotherhood. I know, after my girl left, I was so bad with being alone.
