Hello again i have some good news. first of all as i lost my gains from squeeze my left curve has gotten worse. BUT today i said to myself i must to do something for this at least im gonna take the risk.. so today i tried to do the squeeze with my left hand. i squeeze from the base of my penis a little tight but not to much. and instantly my penis has started to get more straight.I DONT KNOW how this happened but im really happy.
 
do u mean? peyrones disease? :S :/ .. i did this until my penis is straight again after i will not do again exercises in general. but for example if my penis get straight again,and stop the exercises it will start to curve again?

Nobody can say for certain whether or not you'll develop a similar curve in the future.
Who can predict the future?

And I don't think there is any test on Earth to screen for pre-disposition towards Peyronies.

But if you read up on the exercises, how they affect your penis and, more importantly, how YOU affect the way you DO your exercises you can greatly lessen the chance of a curvature reoccuring.
And if it starts to develop, you should be, at that point, much more aware of it happening, its causes and its cures.

If you want a larger penis, then start exercising...but pay scrupulous attention to how your body is responding.

the thing is, that i like my penis bigger. but im afraid of causing something bad.also can u explain me a little better this one? ''One technique that works for me for stretching is start as close to the base as possible and perform one set of stretches there, then move towards the head about an inch or so-one finger width for me- and then continue on until I've reached the head.

To maintain a good grip I'll kegel blood into my penis until the volume from my grip point to the head is almost at a full erection level, gripping tightly to prevent outflow, this "bulbous end" acts as a damn good anchor. It also isolates the vast majority of the stretch into the tunica & septum- away from the skin.'' because im not american and i dont understand this so good. ;p
 
Most guys stretch by grabbing onto or just below the glans. And only stretch from that point.
But I start my stretches as close to the base of my penis as I can.
And in order to "anchor" my grip I'll achieve about a 90% erection to start.
And I'll perform an entire set, (my first of say, 8-10 sets) of "Newbie Routine" stretches starting there.

So one way of looking at this is; I start by stretching the first 10% of my penis while performing a clamping type of girth expanding jelq on the other 90%.
Then I let go of my penis and re-grip a little farther from the base-a little closer to the head, again, kegeling blood into the portion of my penis between the head and my hand.
At this point I have 20% stretch+ 80% jelq.

As I continue this progression I perform a full set of stretches at each percentage of my penis from base to head: 30/70, 40/60, 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 etcetra, etctera.

The last set of stretches I do is by grasping the traditional "right at the glans" position.

So when I'm finished I've performed a full set of stretches using the entire length of my penis as fulcrum points and gotten in a damn good amount of "jelquing" in the process.

When you say "forever"...that's a long time. Don't you want to do anything else with your life? Go outside, take a walk, make a sandwich?

But if you're asking about performing Penis Enlargement exercises for your entire adult life...not necessary once you have "cemented" ( and if you're not familiar with the term-just look in the glossary) the gains you were looking for.

Not really necessary, but pretty habit-forming!

Stretch and jelq the opposite way, you dont want to develop peyronies.

Do dry stretching instead of erect work. We don't want you to develope scr tissue! Forget what I said about jelqing.

Sorry I was not here to help you. I am glad you got some great advice. There is nothing ever to fear in pe, the penis is very resilient and will always be very easy to correct, enlarge, straighten, thicken or even adding a curve. It is all possible with Penis Enlargement.
