It's been over 3 months now, and I wanted to write an official review of my experience with the SizeGenetics extender. This review is only about my personal experience with the device, my gains and my personal knowledge.

Overall Summary (4/5): I want to cut straight to the chase, because I know this is the part the guys are looking for. If you are asking yourself whether the SizeGenetics (SG) extender works, the answer from my personal experience is unequivocally yes. The device works, and you can make both length and girth gains using it (though there are other more effective ways to gain girth). Over the course of 3 months, I have gained .9" in Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length (that's 1/10 shy of an inch guys) and .3" in Middle Erect Girth. However, the device is not magic. It won't work sitting in a drawer in your bedroom, you have to wear it and wear it consistently. I have put in almost 400 hours at this point, at an average of 900 grams of tension. Time in the device is what brings the gains, if you can't put this kind of time in the device expect your gains to be relative to the amount of time you spend in the device. In the end, it works and if you are looking to make length gains this is a serious tool for doing so and should be a staple of any PE'er.

Usability (3/5): The SG is a very usable device, however, at the beginning it is not exactly intuitive. Assembly and instructions are a bit... convoluted. Figuring out how to measure tension and what works best for your penis is a process of trial and error (I am already working on a best practice guide to provide back to the MoS community to try to alleviate this as much as possible). It might take you as much as a week or two to really figure out the device and even longer on how to get in and out of it effectively and quickly. This is not a failure in the quality of the design but is simply a byproduct of a fairly complex device that may be a bit oversimplified in it's explanation and implementation. Expect a learning curve, expect it to take some time to get used to the device and find a routine that works for you. In the end, it's worth it.

Comfort (3/5): Let's face it, none of the devices or exercises we do are really designed for comfort. That being said, the SizeGenetics team has done everything they can do to make the SG as comfortable as possible for you to wear. The comfort strap and the memory foam are all effective methods to provide additional comfort while wearing the device. There will still be pinching, you will still have circulation issues on occasion and need to adjust the device. Over time you will find the best ways to get the device comfortable and working for you. But if you go in with the expectation that it is going to be 100% comfortable to wear all day, you are setting yourself up for failure. Expect some level of discomfort and learn how to work around it, adjust to it and minimize it. A good routine should allow you to wear the device for at least 1 hour without needing to adjust or rest. If you can't get to 1 hour, you need to examine the configuration you are wearing the device in and see if there is a better way that works for you.

Effectiveness (5/5): Flat out, the device works. If you put in the hours, it will give you the gains you desire. There is no arguing with the results I experienced, just ask my wife. You will make visible, noticeable, measurable gains in a matter of months (if you put in the time). This however, will NOT happen overnight. This is easily one of the most effective devices for adding length to your penis that exists today.

On a side note, I originally purchased the device for curvature correction. In regards to the effectiveness of the device to correct curvature, I have seen a noticeable change in the curve in the 90 days I have been using it. It is not yet completely corrected, but if I had to estimate I would say there is a 30-40% change in the curvature. It is also effective for this kind of correction but it takes time as well, the positive is that during this correction time you can be making gains too!

Value (4/5): Cost is something that is very relative depending on your current economic status, so instead of comparing the cost of this device to others in the market (of like and different design and function), I would prefer to talk about the value of the device relative to the gains it can make. The SG is not exactly "cheap" by most measurements. However, I think if you walked up to most men on the street and asked them if they were willing to spend $500 (which the SG cost much less than) to add an inch to their penis immediately... most guys would run to the ATM. Although this change is not immediate, it is most certainly worth the cost. If you wondering whether it's worth the money, my answer is yes. It is without a doubt worth it, start saving and get yourself an SG.

If you are on the fence about buying this device, if you can afford it buy one, you WILL make gains if you use it. I hope this thread was helpful to the brotherhood and that you guys can use this to make informed decisions yourselves. LONG LIVE THE BROTHERHOOD!

You have been an excellent contributor to these forums, detailed and informative, i have linked your posts a few times in regards to helping newer guys with answering questions on the SG, why re-write something that is already explained so well? thumbs up man, appreciate your efforts 👍

Now I'm thinking of buying another SG.

Like I said bro, if you're on the fence... the device is definitely worth it and it definitely works. It you have the right expectations going in, it's going to work great for you.

Buying the SG now will be the 4th time. I want to get to 9 inches NBP so I don't have a choice other than to buy the SG. Let's see how it goes from now till June.

Just go in with the right expectations, stay active here too because having accountability is a huge part of helping you stay on track.

Excellent post, Jake. Were you only using the SG or did you incorporate any stretches / VLC Tugger etc...?

I started incorporating as much of the SRT routine as I am equipped to handle about 45 days into my PE journey. I experienced gains with and without additional stretching routines, I think the time that I introduced the routine was perfect (even though coincidental) to keep my gains coming at a consistent rate and helped pick up my intensity right as I was plateauing with just the SG. I have no additional equipment, just the SG and my hands. Though I am buying a bathmate x40 soon for girth work.

4hours SG and I hour session of length master will give 1 and a half inch in 3 months I can bet my life on it. I can't wait to jump on this combo
