From everything I've read, the only possible long-term side effect is psychological dependence. Physically, it's completely fine.

Right, there is no real side effects, you can expect to get a flushed face, shift in blue vision, euphoria and that is all of the side effects. Long term you could become Psychologically addicted but that is easy to avoid by only using it when needed (fatigue, anxiety on a date, etc) I use it on and off for over 10 years now with no psychological dependency.
