The biggest expense we are facing is the molds that need to be cast for the new ADS, if you have a place that can do this work at a good price it would be very helpful. Molds cost a lot of money and we are going to need two made.

Molds no problem can be made. Cast iron, aluminium, gun metal, copper, plastic any type products can be casted. Now tell me ads in which of the above material.

Last time I got a mold made for my industry for a plastic product ( PPCP NAME OF THE PLASTIC ). Dimensions of the product length 8 inches , outside diameter 48 mm , inside diameter 42 mm.

As my product was simple the mould costed me 1200 dollars. You give me a drawing with some dimensions then I can tell you the cost. And the material of the product.

When you're referring to an ADS, you're referring to an extender correct? Not an anti-turtle device?

I think you all @ MOS should had jumped on the extender bandwagon long ago.
The advanced devices market is much lower to target compared to extenders (which is the household device, then pumps).

Their site says something about the condom sleeves. Their sleeves suck so it's something one shouldn't piggy-back off of.
PMP also has a vacuum device w/ a rod setup and strap. Their pump is external though.
Something like silicone from abs/xleeve/ETC is having better results in strength/preventing air loss from the people who've used them. Also used for vac hanging as well. It's probably the best item currently for vac systems.

Not an extender an all day/all night stretcher. We are not trying to improve on an existing device we are looking to create a new device completely. We want a tool that can be used for 24 hours a day with ultimate stretch and perfect comfort.

I don't mean an extender in the traditional sense like the SG. More of an extender as in something that actually extends via stretching (day and safe for night/sleep use).

Exactly. We have ordered every conceivable option out there and are running our test against them all. When this comes out it will be all the rave because we can see where there is much room for improvement over all the competition. I think when beta testing begins people will realize just how much we put into this. As I said, I want to create a whole new method.
