like a sg or watever good extender with a casing around it like a jar to hold hot/warm water so its pretty much like your warmed up the whole time

clever idea. that would suck when you put it on and 30 mins later had to take a piss. not an easy to put on and take off. wont be concealable. how will the water retain its heat.

better off doing something with a dry heating element over the extender

We thought about this a while ago using hot leech oil with a pump and a circulating heater to keep the oil reheating and repumping through the pump like a dialysis machine. It was a big mess and to do it right, people don't won't to spend that type of money on oil supplies and heating elements and electric pumps. Then we thought of a better idea that may come out in the near future.

This is a job for a Far Infra Red device ... just get yourself into the extender and then wrap the FIR Pad around the whole thing..

Variable temp, shuts itself off with a timer, penetrates upto two inches deep into the body, has anti-inflammatory properties for speeding up healing ...

It has a battery pack which makes it portable, but you might be able to rig it to an external USB pack that has much more power (think phones).

A device around an extender that holds water would lose temp over time. You would have to keep refilling/reheating.
Hit the pipe and come up w/ another.

It would be different if there was some type of electrical probe charging the water to somehow heat up collagen molecules.

not necessarily...The LM doesnt fit in my pants but i love it. guess this tool could be for the person who is hanging around home alone.
