I believe the insurance requirements for surgery for micropenis are a length of 2.5" erect. You are 1 inch beyond that and at 3.5" you are about 1.5" from average. I can understand that this is a tough place to be, in the middle of the two, but I can offer you good news on gaining and avoiding the surgery all together.

The DLD Newbie Routine is a very good penis enlargement routine that focuses on the basics of Penis Enlargement (penis enlargement). God does all things for great reasons sometimes not understandable by people. In all things that seem a curse exists a blessing. When faced with adversity it is important to pray to God and ask how to overcome and be open to the answers. In my own adversities around my own sexuality I created some of the most incredible innovations ever! Never look for a reason why, but more, I reason for! All things from the Lord!

well with penis enlargement 5 inches 4 inches 3 inches makes no difference all men have equal opportunity to gain as much as they want to game if they're willing to put in the work to be dedicated so situation is only as bad as old man let it be if you take the situation and sees it bad to feel bad and get nothing done but he take the situation season is good he will therefore get much more done and we'll see it more than opportunity than a deficit and from there we'll be able to make any gains you want to make.

That's true! I completely agree. I believe this too, but what I also believe is that GOD gave us power and strength to seize every goal of ours and maybe HE challenges us to develop ourselves. It's like " I gave you everything you need, it's all up to you".

And when it is recognized as such the vail in lifted and the blessing become apparent while the affliction becomes less apparent through the gift we receive. When I have any kind of issue, problem, disfunction, whatever, I give it all to God. A very special prayer that helps me not only see the good in me but also the gifts that may be hidden by Saint Augustine:

I haven't re/reread all of this. But my experience of Penis Enlargement is that I gained about 33%. Even with s small one, you can get results. If you are 3 then gaining an inch shouldn't be hard. You will probably gain even more than that. So keep stretching and pumping and you will not be below average for long.
