Thank for summing that up! You are really right and I agree with everything you wrote (except for 6- at least for me ,though- I do not get depressed). for me it's been a constant battle. How I approached it lately, over the past 3 month, is slowly taking certain things away. First I allowed myself to watch certain ���� and then as time progressed I made it more and more innocent. Today I only allow myself to look at pictures of women that are nude and that's it. It seems to be the threshold for me and the point where I feel guilty. I think that every man has his own threshold and I think its on honorable that men are trying to strive to get themselves to a point of discipline. I am not perfect and I mess up constantly. The point is trying to correct yourself even when you do mess up. Its not a revolution it is more of a evolution. Eventually we do better ourselves.
