Gaining length with only hands . I only jelq i do not strech and i wanna know if streching is more powerful for length and if so can someone give me a routine? Ty
 
First of all welcome to the forum. You definitely need to stretch to gain length and DLD's first routine is a great place to start. Consistency is the key to making gains so stay with it.

Jelqing is mainly a girth exercise but it will bring a small gain in length. In order to gain length with greatest speed you need to stretch your penis. The best place to start is with the Newbie Routine, follow this routine to the letter and you will make great initial gains.
 
Thanks for your help, i have another questions is erect jelqing good and safe? And it says in the routine 25 crancks what is it? And when i do the streches i need to be with erect or not?
 
erect jelqing is great and safe best way to jelq is erect and idk what cranks are brother sorry:/
 
Man... Somebody should do a full workout video with the newbie routine, I'm talking about a full recorded workout uncut, unedited,.. RAW

I think that will clear out 50% of the questions on this forum.

That is a good idea since someone new is going to have a lot of questions, that is how you learn.

A crank is one complete rotation. You do this exercise in a circular motion and it can be done clockwise or counter-clockwise. Stretching can be done erect or flaccid. It would be a good idea to start with flaccid stretches until you get more experience.
