20 mins of hanging at the heaviest I can and wrapping up with an Ace bandage after hanging. Simple, effective. Ive also been swinging, which has helped me maintain a weight for longer time without having to increase it. This way I can hit various angles while hanging and increase/decrease intensity while hanging. Check the link in my signature. Its particularly helpful when you no longer get the right intensity from a specific amount of weight but aren't quite ready to increase it yet either.

Back in 2010, I used to view/read through threads on the forum without signing up. I did this for more than a year before signing up in 2013. I believe there are a lot of people viewing the forum without signing up. I won't be surprise if they are twice the number of the forum members.

And ya bro I can for sure share what I'm rockin! my weapon of choice is the hanger, in my opinion it is an awesome hanger and it comes at a great price too! I'm up to about 10 lbs now with it, I started with 2.5 lbs and over the course of about 1-1.5 months I'm hanging 10lbs! I went up about a puns every 5-7 days, I believe 1lb every week or so is a good pace. In the future (probably not until January/February) I think I may get a vac hanger just to try it out but we will see!

After failing in all aspect of doing length work due to the fact that I want to train girth together with length on the same day, I think hanging and pumping can surely work together because you don't have to bundle like the length master or wear an SG. Doing bundled stretches or wearing an SG after girth work is not possible for me.

I'm an advocate for two girth sessions daily. I'm assuming it will be possible to do one girth work in the morning and then in the evening doing some hanging and right after that, do my second girth session. Have you tried hanging on same day with a girth session? Can you show me the site where the hanger is being sold? I think I remember StillWantMore owns that site. I'm interested all of a sudden. I believe my length goal is back on track if all I've written is possible.

Ya dude I highly recommend hanging, especially if you're not the type of guy to like using their hands to manual stretch. I much prefer hanging because I can do other things while I'm doing it such as homework.

Personally I only do small girth sessions here and there, just to kind of keep up with it. I have had a thrombosis vein for over a year now (about 15 months) and that is what has kept me away from girth for such a long time, but the vein doesn't affect me anymore it's kind of just there. I heard from a urologist online that after a while a thrombosis vein dies and the blood finds new ways to travel so it's not that big of a deal. But anyways ya I think that hanging after a girth session could be good to stretch everything out after some good expansion.

I have been trying to get 2 length sessions in per day, sometimes I get around to it when others I just can't find the time. I am going to start doing a little bit of jelqing more often though to keep up on my girth.

I did the exact same thing for about 2 months or so. I came up on matters of size through the MOS videos on YouTube and decided to check out the website and all the info on PE just blew me away! I was a little bit scared to join at the time but I joined after a couple of months and let me tell you it was a great decision to join!

MOS changed my life totally. I feel like a king because with my bathmate, I can get 7 inches base girth as temporary expansion, mid-girth 6.5 and right under the glans 6 inches. I always ruin pussies with this size. I love size queens.

Another good thing about pumping is that the bigger you get, the more bigger your temporary expansion will be. When I start training, I will pump consistently. I'm so motivated right now.

I wish to get to 9 inches in length but I've realized that I'm that guy that will gain girth faster than length. For this reason and for the fact that the SG is not comfortable for use, I've decided to concentrate on my girth goal which is 7 inches mid shaft. I will take whatever length that comes with my girth. I'm slightly above 7 inches in length non bone press at the moment.
