When it comes to Penis Enlargement I am a big believer that plastic deformation and structural remodeling is what is responsible for the enlargement of the penis.

Plastic deformation is when the molecular bonds of an object like human tissue breaks and remodels to adjust to the stress. The effects of plastic deformation is perminant. For human tissue to reach the plastic phase it has to go through the CREEP phase first. CREEP is when soft tissue stretches past it's elastic limit but this effect is temporary. Once the load that induces creep goes away then soft tissue reverts back to it's normal size. What we as Penis Enlargementers are tying to accomplish is constantley inducing creep with tension and stretch force on the tunica and ligs, whether it's from clamping, hanging, jelqing or pumping.

With repeated bouts of Creep induced tension in the pressence of heat, the molecular bonds in the soft tissue will eventually weaken and break and remodel at a new stretch or expanded size resulting in perminent tissue change and deformation. Once structural remodeling takes place of the newly deform tissue then the elastic limit of the tissue increases to a new threshold.

Through plastic deformation, we are creating new tissue mass and greater elasticity in our tunica and ligs. When the tunica generates more raw tissue mass and elasticity through plastic deformation then obviously the tunica will now be able to fill up with more blood before reaching it's elastic limit and pressurising into a rigid erection.

This will result in a bigger penis since the newly deformed tuncia's blood holding limit is now greater then before.
I break Penis Enlargement done into to types of Penis Enlargement. There's internal tunica stetching excersizes and external tunica stretching excersizes.

When it comes to Penis Enlargement it's all about stretching of the tunica and ligs. Even when you are clamping or jelqing it's still a form of stretching because the blood that's being pushed into the penis during these excersizes is increasing the internal pressure in the penis which is stretching the tunica outwards for girth gains. So I look at girth excersizes like clamping as internal stretching of the tunica.

The blood is what's being used internally to stretch the tunica outwards. Internal tunica stretching excersizes require blood. The blood engorment is what's building the pressure inside of the penis that's stetching the tunica in all directions for girth.
Examples of internal tunica stetching excersizes are, clamping, pumping, jelqing and erect bends.

Now when it comes to external tunica stretching excersizes this is when no blood is required to stretch the tunica. external tunica stretching exersizes is when an outside force is being placed on the penis to stretch the tunica directly without using blood to build up any internal pressure. Basically excersizes done in the flaccid state

Examples of external tunica stretching excersizes are manual stetches and hanging which hit's the ligs as well.

So all in all Penis Enlargement is about deforming the tunica and ligs though stretch force.

Internal tunica stretching excersizes like jelqs require blood and external stretching excersizes like hanging require no blood.

Another thing I want you guys to understand even though I said this before. When you do Penis Enlargement you are not growing your penis or stimulating your penis to grow. Sorry fellas but It doesn't work that way. Once you are completely done with puberty which is around 20 to 23 years of age then that''s it my brothers. The fat lady has song. Your dick isn't growing any more. What you have at the age of 23 is all mother nature or your genetic make up has in store for you when it comes to natural growth.

Don't worry because not all hope is lost. At this point you can enlarge your penis through Penis Enlargement. Not grow your penis but ENLARGE your penis. This will be done by plastic deformation and structural remodeling of soft tissues of the penis.

Another thing that I have talked about is treating the penis like any other skelital muscle in the body that can grow from excersize. Sorry fellas but it doesn't work that way either. The penis does have smooth muscle in it but not the kind of muscle that can be stimulated for growth through workouts like lets say your chest or biceps. Doesn't work that way at all. The tissues in the penis deform from stress/ time under tenison. The penis is an ORGAN. NOT A MUSCLE.

That's all there is to it. TIME UNDER TENSION.

Let's use an imaginary guy named Bob. Let's say Bob has been doing manual stretches and jelqs for 2 years and has gained 1 inch in length and .25 in girth in over that 2 year period. Now let's say Bob has reached a platueo and can't gain another cenimeter to save his life because his ligs and tunica have toughen up and adapted to the tension that Bob's hands were putting on his dick.

Now lets say Bob changes up his excersize and starts hanging and clamping. Now after 6 months, Bob has broke out of his platueo and gain another half inch in lengh and a half inch in girth. The reason Bob broke out of his platueo is not because he changed his excersizes to keep his penis guessing so to say.

Bob broke out of his platueo because he is now applying the right amount of load and time under tension for plastic deformation to continue. The hanging and clamping is providing Bob's penis more load and time under tension then the manual stretches and jelqing that he was doing before.

Wether you are jelqing, clamping, pumping, stretching, or hanging. It's all about load and time under tension. Plastic deformation is time and load dependent.

These are the principles I go by when I'm Penis Enlargementing.

Kingsnake so the penis stops growing on its own by 23. I'm 20 so me doing pe just grows my cock to its potential? Do yu think its better to wait for the penis to stop growing on its own? Thanks for the info

Kingsnake I can actually do nothing but agree with your "theory" as it makes so much sense why I plateaued. Over the last year my routines got shorter and shorter due to time deficiency, consequently my gains became slower. I think if I start hanging again I will probably gain, too bad I had an awful experience in the past with hanging. Now I'm thinking of getting one of these Sizegenetics devices, do you think that would work too? It actually follows the same principles with hanging, only that you can wear it for much longer in one session, but then again the tension is not as much as with hanging. It both has its pros and cons and I'm really having a hard time deciding whether to buy a Bib hanger or SG device, as both of them seem awesome. Ahh this is a great example of how difficult life is :)

Hey rod420. The average man's penis stops growing from anywhere between 18 to 23 years of age. It just depends on your genetics and when you are completely finished with puberty.

This is also great for some guys to step out of their comfort zone. Alot of guys get stuck on doing 5 min sets of clamping or pumping. Sometimes you need to amp that up to 10 minutes or more in some guys cases.

Well this is also explained in the static contraction training, to get bigger muscles, more stress has to be applied to the tissue,thus enlarging an strengthening the muscle.

But than again, no ancient African guy understood molecular physics and grew a monster ;)
 
Kingsnake, do you reckon its possible that you could incorporate this into the Ligaments thread we got here? I have explained about the ligs and those linked to the penis along with healing times etc but with your science here its taking it another step and adds another string to the bow per se.

Indeed, excellent post! Reminds me of some of the stuff I've posted and it's great to see others keeping the information alive. The penis definitely adapts over time, however it is always possible to force it to change again. Too many men give up when they hit a wall with Penis Enlargement. A guy might for example: Start with manual exercises, gain some girth, stop gaining, start clamping, gain some more...then stop gaining again. What's he do now? He decides to clamp 3 sets per day for 30 minutes each rather than 3 sets per day for 15 minutes each. 2 months later, he might gain 1/4" in girth....or like many men, he may gain nothing. The guys who gain nothing, too often give up. Somebody like me, will keep looking for other methods to push past that barrier. For example, I'm about to start back to manual girth work in an attempt to make more gains. I've clamped off and on again for a few years now...and it's been a good few years since I've done any consistent manual girth work. The last year or so, I've been training my grip strength directly with a Captains of Crush grip trainer. It takes around 100lbs (calibrated by the company btw) to close this gripper. I train my grip every week just like I would any other muscle group at the gym. My grip is MUCH stronger now than it was when I was originally doing manual girth work. I believe I'm in a better position now to gain more girth.
Training the penis is indeed a lot like training the body. It's not the same in the fact that the penis is not a muscle, however it's the same in that the penis DOES adapt...and needs occasional new stimulation to force new changes. I've seen people train for YEARS at the gym who do great at first...they'll gain 10lbs of muscle, lose 20lbs of fat, improve their overall endurance, feel great about themselves...then, they hit a wall. They can't figure out why either. 9 times out of 10, it's because they keep doing the same old shit every week and never increase the weights they use, assuming they are lifting weights, for example. You have to continue to progressively train the body to keep gaining muscle....and possibly continue changing your diet and nutritional intake. Penis Enlargement is very similar.

Sure is still and those guys at the gym stick to the same weights, go with the same routines and dont give the body a reason to change. Its very simple, not hard at all if you break it down ... stress the body enough, not too much and it will adapt to that stress and become stronger. The old saying is based on that ''What doesn't kill you makes you stronger'' is saying that in this life, a bad thing can occur and wear at you but so long as it wont kill you, than your Armour will be stronger and in our case that is a larger dick.
