For as long as I can remember I discovered kegeling on my own and have done it from a very young age. I was always able to bounce my erect dick up and down with kegels, and stop my pee if I wanted to (but why would I want to?). I was very horny and me and my gf had sex that night. It was the quickest “quickie” I had had in a long time. It felt so good. I felt like I was bigger inside her due to my workout. Maybe I’m making some gains? Anyways it was over in a matter of minutes and I felt defeated once again. I have found that in my experience I think a reverse kegel is more effective at training the PC to relax during sex. Once I’m in the moment though and feel like I’m going to cum, I typically cannot do a reverse kegel to relax the PC muscle because I’m so ready to bust. Does doing kegels really increase lasting time for you other dudes out there?
