Just the other day I did kegels throughout the day and tried to do as many reverse kegels as I did regular. Later that night I did some more PE (stretching, bathmate, jelqing). I was very horny and me and my gf had sex that night. It was the quickest “quickie” I had had in a long time. It felt so good. I felt like I was bigger inside her due to my workout. Maybe I’m making some gains? Anyways it was over in a matter of minutes and I felt defeated once again. I have found that in my experience I think a reverse kegel is more effective at training the PC to relax during sex. Once I’m in the moment though and feel like I’m going to cum, I typically cannot do a reverse kegel to relax the PC muscle because I’m so ready to bust. Does doing kegels really increase lasting time for you other dudes out there? Has anyone else experienced this, whether from rushing orgasm during masturbation or just having an uncontrollable PC muscle? Anyone know of a way I can help reduce this? Thanks MOS!!
 
I also grew up with the "hurry up and rub one out so I don't get caught" mentality and it takes a lot of work to break. It's like being a sprinter and suddenly trying to run a marathon.

I've done kegels on and off over the years and it usually helps me with control and lasting longer. If it's been what my penis deems "too long" since I last had sex and I'm incredibly turned on no amount of kegels is going to stop me. Yet if I have sex the next day I'm set for an "average" duration (15-20 minutes). If I have sex a third day in a row or even skip a day and have sex on the 4th day I'm the energizer bunny.

A lot of it is probably in my head; I get overly excited and lose all control. Sometimes that's okay though if you have an understanding partner. Every now and then women like to hear "you turn me on so much that sometimes I can't control myself."
 
Oh yeah, something I missed in your post the first time....

If you wore yourself out doing kegels during the day that could contribute to a weak PC muscle that night. Yes it's going to get stronger the more you train it but it's the same as your feet if you were walking for 12 hours - worn the hell out and need a break.
 
Here is a list of techniques that will help with Pre-Ejac., you should find one or two that will be very helpful:

Becoming in touch with your orgasm
There is a very fine line between cuming and about to cum. making this distinction is the first step in having more staying power.

Identify your brink of orgasm
You will want to identify the fine line that separates cuming from about to cum. During this period pay special attention to what brings you almost to orgasm. What are your thoughts? How long does it take to get there? Keep Track of this information for future reference. The goal here is to paint a mental picture of your orgasm and identify just what brings you to this brink and what you can do to stop it.

Breathing to Reduce Excitement
Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.

Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE:
at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE:
at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

Something I noticed years ago....think about the difference between masturbating and penetration. Typically you grip your penis from the bottom and stroke towards the head. You get really used to that motion. With any penetration you're putting the most sensitive part in first - the head. Unless you use toys or always use lube and work the head is a totally different sensation that you might not be able to overcome.

Years ago a girl bought me a toy and the first few times I used it I had a really hard time lasting no matter how much I tried. After a week and a half I was doing much better. I saw her again 2 weeks after she got it for me and had much more control during sex and it still felt great.

You need to learn which sensations you're trying to control. Just my $0.02 on it.

Good point, recognizing the sensation and where it is coming from will give better control over how it is dealt with. One sensation that is not understood could be the single reason for pre-mature-ejac.

Just like we were discussing in the thread about edging - edging during sex is the ultimate win-win. When that's not possible edging while using a pocket pussy/fleshlight/similar is going to teach you more than using you hand ever will. Starting of with normal masturbation is great but if you need and are able to move on to a toy.

The FleshLight is the best way to edge as it feels like the real deal.
 
I had a Cyberskin toy years ago (pretty sure the same material as the Fleshlight) and it was about as close as I think you can come to the real thing. They really do provide a great sensation.
 
Flashlight are great. Do you use a very loose or light grip when Edging? A lot of people find success using a tighter grip and its helped me. You just don't want to get too tight and cause delay ejaculation issues.

Overdoing kegels can cause this and contribute to premature ejaculation. Are you feeling any PC tension or experiencing any spasming?

I think you have to do the kegel daily and consistently for up to a month and 2 weeks before you can start seeing results. I believe Kegel helps in combating premature ejaculation.

Kegels aid in so many things, better eq, lasting longer in bed, shorter refractory period, possible male multiple orgasms, better force and distance when cuming, and so much more. But the single most important one is kegels supply the new demand of blood the penis requires as it grows. With a stronger set of pelvic floor muscles you will get the blood needed to fill out the entire penis. Growth without strengthening the underlying muscles will bring a larger penis that suffers with eq issues.

Now I see where my problem has been coming from. Ever since I stopped my bathmate routine, I noticed that my erection is no longer hard as before. It happened because I no longer do Kegel. Now I've started doing Kegel. I will update my progress log about this when I start seeing the changes.

Kegels will be important your whole life, like any muscles if not uses atrophy can set in and you can lose much of the strength you gained in PE. The BathMate and Kegels are a super way to make big gains in PFM strength to give the best erection quality possible.
