Not trying to peak your hopes, but there some info coming out in the way that PE being some what of a chemical issue aswell. For example, a high percentage of people with ADHD suffer from PE, and also they've recently found that up 75% of premature ejaculators have high histamine levels.
There some good indicators that a combination of Natrasuticals (plant compounds, not pharma) may infact enable better control over ejaculation.
i think the stack is something like-
St.johns wort- regulates seretonin
Gaba+ niacinamide- regulates dopamine
Quercertin + green tea extract- lowers histamine
And possibly tylenol- regulates prosteglandin E2
I'm going to try this if i can't get it through training haha

I should also add that Wellbutrin is the best in the span of anti-depressants. There is no sexual side effects, the biggest side effect is a desire to stop smoking and weight loss (I can I've with that) The worst medication for me was Zoloft which made getting an erection practically impossible, and when I was able to get an erection I could not cum. So there is so many things to consider when using these meds for other purposes, like PE. Study side effects and trial group samples, this will give you the best idea to side effects. Maybe one will allow for good erection while making it difficult to cum, which sounds best to most men. But there is even a better method, total control. Practice edging with the FleshLight, bring yourself to the point of orgasm and stop it using Kegels and Reverse Kegels. There a a few ways to do this and when mastered you will have the best conditions, super erections with the ability to come on command or hold back for hours of sex.

Here are the methods I used to master my ejaculation.

Breathing to Reduce Excitement
Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.

Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

Amazing! Exercises are incredibly important, i find that the reverse kegel is the greatest manipulation i can use to cut down the ejaculatory pulse of the PC muscle.
But, i've been doing a ton of research and it turns out that men who suffer from PE have high histamine levels, which i do.

It is so different between men on what works best so this list is very helpful using different techniques. Most find that the Reverse Kegels are the King in this game but it is the timing of the RK that matters most and it needs to connect with your mind in a supportive way, enforcing that you have staved off the orgasm.

Hey D, yes thats true! when doyou find is the best time to go fullthrottle with the RK, and do you use them lightly throughout sex to keep ejac at bay, if so how?

For me it was always a strong reverse kegel at the point of orgasm, this would stave it off. Then I would continue to kegel and repeat the RK when I was growing close again. Eventually I did not need to think on it, I simply put it to memory and now I can go as long as I like and cum on command. Have not been able to practice on a woman in years but it works!

Then I got to PONR. I regular kegeled hard, but I ejaculated, but I was still kegeling. I noticed since I didn't let it all release I was still able to have an erection. So I did the same thing for a total of 3 times.

Idk if that is cum because all the time I cum I go soft real quick.

I noticed when I kegeled, that was the strongest kegel I could offer.

If done in the right sequence 1 of 2 things will happen, you will stop the orgasm before it starts or if you do shoot off you will be able to remain erect. This is a 2 fold benefit of learning the Kegel/RK sequence that work best for you.

Edge for a good 12min till PONR. I kegeled but orgasmed. Since I was kegeling my hardest I was able to keep an erection.

At 20min I reached PONR again kegeled my hardest and orgasm a little.

The next 10min I reversed kegeled and it felt powerful because i got to the PONR and didn't orgasm.

I know I'm not reaching anything by orgasm but this is really surprising. To orgasm, to kegel hard while reaching orgasm and still be erect after is amazing. Lol

After that 2 times of really hard kegels but very lil orgasm, so I was still hard. The last 5mins I was stroking away fast, no excitement for PONR and I had a good erection.

I'll focus more on not having a orgasm.

Sounds like you found your groove! It is a great feeling to have control of your body like this. It was one of my favorite gains in PE!
 
Edge for 40min today. Took 20min to PONR. Hope it means something when the time comes to produce and not min man.
