I know most here would say that a good jelqing session is the
cornerstone for any Penis Enlargement program. But want I wanna know is,
does anyone hate it as much as me?????

I mean I just hate doing it. This week I have really hit it hard and love
doing all my stretches and hanging. But I just hate to jelq. I can't keep any
sort of erection level during and lose it quite quickly going in. I hate it so much
I often find myself thinking about anything else and therefore I lose whatever
erection I had going in and I lose concentration on the exercise.


What good am I doing if I jelq completely flacid????
Any advise from anyone who felt the same???

I'm no big fan of it. Frankly, I find it boring, for lack of a better term. Still, I do it as so many swear by it and I think it probably is good for penile health.
 
Dont worry,both of you.Try double handed jeqing,no need to do hundreds of them just 50-100 reps. in a almost erect state,and slow 3-5 sec. each,and you will be much more happier with the result.One hand at a base,other jelqs up from the firs one.
 
Yeah its a pain in the arse and I only dry jelq! You need to have a good erection while doing it which is not always easy and I find it requires more preperation ie a good thorough hot wrap before and after. Also I find that I have to get aroused to some degree so some sort of �naked people movies� is a must, but sometimes you just dont feel like getting aroused, so I know how you feel.

But at the end of the day Jelqing is the best all round exercise, for girth, length and penile health. So Id say get some decent �naked people movies� that will guarentee to float your boat.

you can replace jelqing with what ever you want, as long as you get an even replacement in intensety but that isn't so easy for beginners because the most other girth routins are quit intens. I mean if you realy hate jelqin then go ahead, do something else. I mean there are so many other girth routins you can do and after about 3 -4 weeks you can see if something is happening or not. You can always go back to jelqing. Just be careful not to do something to intense because nobody wants to get hurt.
 
Negative, negative and more negative! If I loathed jelqing so much I would never have done it. I can understand the way many of you see jelqing and I have some suggestions that may make it more fun, maybe even something you look forward to.

If I looked at my jelqing sessions as work I really would be put off and I most likely would end up not doing it. Stretching, due to it's lack of performance to complete, is a much easier thing to do. What I mean is there are no erection requirements to stretch and if you hang you can multi-tast, it is almost like you are doing nothing at all. Jelqing requires some performance in the sexual area of the brain. This extra component may make it seem like work especially if we are not in a sexual mood. There are some times during the day that are just not the right time to get a semi-erection and jelq it for 40 minutes. This line of thought would put my girth program in the shitter so I have a technique I use to fool myself into jelqing. What I so is get myself in front of the tv, computer or some other place that I can view really good �naked people movies� (even if I am not in the mood). For me it is my tv, I pop in a really good �naked people movies� tape, lay down and relax on the couch and get myself into a "Masturbation Mind Frame" believe me guys, it comes naturally. After a couple of minutes I am ready to wack it and this is where I put a restriction on myself. I promise myself I can do whatever I want AFTER I get the best girth session in for 30-45 minutes. Now, this time really flies if you get into your movie. I currently do SLOW SQUASH JELQS and these feel good sexually. I can go for a long time. I will play games with myself like getting my girth as thick as my lower arm. Maybe some edging if I am feeling up for it. The point is I see my girth workout in the same light as masturbation or sex. It makes it so much more fun and I really feel accomplished after.
 
I think jelqing is relaxing. Especially after working out or running...It just really seems to calm me down, and after about an hour of jelqing, streatching, I'm able to go straight to sleep. Whereas if I didn't do Penis Enlargement after working out or running, it would take me like 2-3 hours to get to sleep.
 
don't take me wrong here DLD. I'm not trying to tell people that if jelqs are to hard for you then do somethinmore easyer! I'm saying that if jelqs are something you hate, then rather do something else befor you quit because you're fed up and stop. Thats why i said " with the same intensety". Look at me, i realy don't like jelqs so I'm trying a real new jelq modification. I do 200 - 300 of them and that takes me more time then my 700 normal jelqs i did befor and its sexualy even harder because i have to nearly stay at a certan point of erection all the time else they don't work. I have only been doing these for three days but i can say they are doing me more good as normal jelqs. After 300 of these my dick feels like i've done about 1500 jelqs. And I'm realy havin fun with these because my hands don't hurt that much anymore and i can realy feel what I'm doing now.
I never had any intension to tell people to get lasy! ;)

Oh, I agree with you. I have a way of seeing girth as being anything that gives expansion, jelqing being only one exercise to get there. If you do not like jelqing, do not jelq. Choose and exercise from the massive arsenal of GIRTH EXERCISES available until you find something that works for you.
 
You know, I don't like clamping. I like jelqing. I've done a lot of both, and had good results with both. Both have a lot of positive attributes and a lot of negative attributes.

If you don't liike jelqing simply for the erection factor, definitely look into the variables that might help with that. I've heard �naked people movies� and cock rings mentioned - both mainstays of mine. I also use supplements that help, including ginkgo, L-Arginine, and yohimbe, occasionally horny goat weed. Edging during your set is invaluable. And limiting the ejaculations is a must for maintaining a good level of erection for girth work.

Don't give up on jelqing, the merits may be among the top of any Penis Enlargement exercise. Certainly try other things though.
 
Another great option is CIALIS or VIAGRA in their generic form. Now a day you can get the stuff very cheap.
 
Wow. Thats a good idea DLD. With the wife gone right now, I sometimes do the same thing and pop in a tape and lie on the couch and get all psyched up for a �naked people movies� session. I will give this a try.

I have stopped all Penis Enlargement, and started to only dry jelq and do pc-exercise.

I love the dry jelq, i dont car eif i only have a 20% erection, i still pull on. And after a while that 20% can be 110%. =D
 
so if i understand it right, jelqing is a girth excerise, not a length exercise. or is it both? i dont really like to do them that much, and right now i dont have a whole long time to Penis Enlargement each day, so i am focusing more on length(i think my girth is decent). am i inhibiting my possibility of gaining length by not jelqing? i just cant seem to keep a good grip while i do it(and i dont have a vcr right now so my �naked people movies� is useless to me)
 
I love to jelq or do girth work. I just look at it as benificial masturbation, and watch �naked people movies� throughout the whole hour session. I also just got some V to help out.
 
bkkorps jelqing is mainly for girth. some people say it does help for length, but jelqing is girth workout. Maybe do DLD's newbe routine for strechting ( its real good) and 100 jelqs .
