So I did a pretty sweet routine yesterday, and I found that my erect length inside the Bathmate under full pressure was at the 190mm mark, after entering the tube fully hard. Now, the problem is, fluid buildup. There is a massive amount of fluid buildup behind the head, and it looks kinda freakish, like a bulb of tissue. I'm assuming it will go down in the next 24 hours, but how do I prevent the buildup, but still get the gains in girth? I'd like to stay nice and thick after leaving the tube, instead of going to flaccid after about 10 minutes and then having this fluid buildup.
 
Heres another idea, would working up a good sweat also help reduce the fluid buildup faster?
 
whats your current routine with the Bathmate? are you doing a straight 20 minutes? i do two sets of 10 minutes of the Bathmate with jelqs between, and i don't get the fluid buildup.
 
Well, I had just started with the Bathmate really, after a break. So what I did yesterday, was mostly a day of stretching, with both the LM and the extender I have, and then 15 minutes with the Bathmate at full on erection, about 200 jelqs, and then another 5 or so minutes with the Bathmate. After the jelqing, it felt like there was this huge mass under the head, and it really scared me, so I'm not sure how to handle this.
 
I also go in erect, and pump it full, I don't get buildup, try not going over 10 minutes at a time. I believe some people do 5 minutes sets.
 
That's probably a good idea. While it is awesome to feel how heavy it is after a 15-20 minute session, the fluid buildup is totally not worth it.
 
try the 10 minutes, I was doing 20 minutes when i first got it, and i don't see a difference now with the sets of 10, especially if your super-setting them with some type of jelq
 
Sounds like a plan, but I also wish to incorporate use of the Length Master in everything, so I still need to learn how to effectively combine all that. So far all the swelling is gone, but theres a little bit of pain still there, so I'm going to wait until everything is back to normal before I start up my routine again.

Yeah definitely wait till you feel better. Try splitting your routine, LM/Length work in the morning, and Bathmate/Girth work at night, or later in the day. That way it doesn’t seem like suck a chore.:)

Very true, split your routine between length and girth...better concentration, better focus, better gains.
 
So would a feasible idea for spitting the routine also include jelqing in the latter part of the day, or just with the girth routine section?

Girth and Length should be done at separate times for a few reasons. Girth takes a very different kind of focus, highly sexual in nature while length is best done in a non-sexual state. These two types of concentration are different and require a different psyche. Also, there is the "rush factor", when I try to get both girth and length done in the same session I rush it, when they are split I take my time. I too find that in the AM, feeling mundane and such, stretching is easy in this state of mind. Later in the evening I can get more in the mood for girth work.
 
So, for example, would a good idea for the day be something like this?

Early in the day, prefereably AM:
Routine with LM

Evening:
DLD Newbie routine minus the stretching part
10 minutes in the Bathmate

Sound about right?

Tried this yesterday, got a lot of fluid from it.
5 minutes in the Bathmate at full erection
200 jelqs
10 minutes back in the Bathmate

Got a lot of fluid, especially under the glans, so much that it really looks horrible. What do I do?

That's insane. RED knows the scoop on fluid buildup. You might be pumping too long. Intensity than be done with your session.
 
Maybe you should try a day pumping and a day of straight girth work. Your dick looks fat as hell!

See, I like the girth, but I'm not going for girth! I have the LM, and what I would prefer over girth right now is length, but I will give that a shot for a week and see how it goes.
