In the past year I had great girth gains, however, no improvement in length. And then I just realized that my dick is slightly growing "curving" towards left. And this is where tiny bit "0.1 inch"of that length gains are going! WTF, why is my dick growing towards left?

And second, in 2014, i want to focus on my length, I mainly do stretching and lots of rotating cranks. However these doesn't give me the faster results I'm looking with length. I think I am a hard gainer when it comes to length.

Is there a specific routine that just heavily focuses on length?

The principle, in SRT thread, is that your penis, specifically the PC muscles and ligs naturally retract, to counter stretching. If you can unflex your PC muscles you can squeeze out gains.

Start of by stretching your penis, and doing two minutes of kegels while stretching against the kegel.

Then, get into the a frame position. One hand grabs the penis, the other goes under the penis and grips the wrist of the penis holding hand, (or buy the power assist - through paypal there is an order thread under the power assist forum)...

Kegel as hard as you can for 5-10 seconds, you will see your mighty python retracting.... Release the kegel as you start to stretch...once you hit max stretch in 5-10 seconds start reverse kegeling (your pee hard muscle- the opposite of your stop pee muscle)... While reverse kegeling, pull harder on your penis stretch... Look at the floor and imagine hitting it with your penis head, or your fore arm and imagine being that long. You should notice that you are now able to pull a little more penis out.

Do 20 to 40 minutes of these. And honestly. This is a mental Excercise... The more sensual and visual you get with it the better.

If you have a water pump, finish off by going to the bath. Master bate and get 100% hard. Enter the pump. For five minutes. Do 30 second stretches. Up down left right and every other variation. Do 3-5 sets.

If you have an extender. Get into extender afterwards. And start at the max stretch you can. When I do this, I normally notice the first hour is more stretched. Hours two and three I have to back off a little bit, hours four through six I work on getting back to where I was hour one.


Another option, is to buy the mos membership, max gains, for 120 after discount. The members section has videos of the blasters... The videos helped me a lot, and the power assist alone was worth the 120 in my opinion.

But if your balling on a budget I'll do what I can to help paint the picture for you.


Basically kegel and reverse kegel when stretching in all positions is the key to length gains. Now when reverse keeling do you push towards your lower stomach. Because thats what i need to do if i want to push my pee.

Purchase an extender and use a lot of heat.

One part of your unit is stronger than the other causing a directional change in your unit.

You need to offer directional assistance via jelqing against the curve, extending, and potentially hanging. You have to manually influence your collegenous tissues to change direction, relax, and stretch in a different direction.

Time and effort have potential to help if the force applied successfully causes the tissue changes.

You are not a hard gainer, you just weren't doing a solid length routine. Buy the length master as quick as possible. Training with the length master is the quickest way to gain length.
