I'm about 6 days into SRT workouts, slowly building up to harder more intense exercises by doing newbie stretches. I'm on a 6 month conquest to gain 1.5" of length and 1" of girth, going from 6x5 to 7.5x6. It seems more easy to gain length than girth, as far as what I've read here, a lot of people have seen 1" length gains in as little as 2-3 months but only slight girth gains. If I wanted to focus slightly more on girth, what are the best products and routines for that. I have bought a Bathmate, that has still yet to arrive, but it seems clamping and rings are huge helps, which are the best clamps and rings? also it seems ssj are the best jelqs for girth? I'm still new to the MOS way of doing things so any help would be appreciated, thanks!!!

My advice would be to follow the SRT as much as possible. Put on a ring after the workout and everything should be ok. But the best thing I think you can do is to read around the forum more and especially the "REDZULU's clamping universe". If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask here or PM me! :)
 
Perfect Thanks! Ill look up Rdzuluz clamping universe. Is there a certain ring that you would recommend? Currently at about 5" girth. Thanks!

Yea, it does seem that length is easier to get than girth. With girth I find it requires more concentration and more focus in both keeping an erection, keeping the intensity up and limiting fluid buildup.

You want to limit fluid buildup because as DLD said in a thread that u either are filling up the area with blood or fluid, the area is limited and when it is filled up with one the other doesn’t have much room (my paraphrase).

Best clamps are cable clamps (red ones and you can get them on ebay for about 3 or 4 dollars) and sidenote, I am attaching Redzulu’s clamping guide.

The best wrap I have found so far to go under the clamp is Ab Silicone.

As far of cock rings there are a lot of different choices out there. What you do want to make sure of is that you get a cock ring that is flexible and will not break easily.

I use a cock ring for just after my girth work for about an hour. I used a 24 hour cock ring for about 4 mouths; however, I was getting too much fluid build up. That’s why right now I am going without a 24 hour cock ring and I am seeing like nearly no fluid buildup post workout. Now granted the cock ring I was using was probably too tight and with my suggestion to people using the 24 hour cock ring is that they should go without a 24 cock ring after they work out and compare the fluid build using a 24 hour cock ring post workout (give it about 8 hours). If your fluid build up is about the same then your cock ring is loose enough; however, if you get way more fluid build up from using the 24 hour cock ring then either stop using the 24 hour cock ring or find a way to loosen it up.

Lastly since you are getting the Bathmate I suggest the DLD Bathmate girth blasters:

I have tried numerous things over the years for girth and I have to say I have been using DLD Bathmate girth blasters for a week now and fluid retention is much less compared to everything else I have tried.

Do the 5x5x3 pumping routine found in SRT. This will give you all the girth gains you seek.
