I'm about 6 days into SRT workouts, slowly building up to harder more intense exercises by doing newbie stretches. I'm on a 6 month conquest to gain 1.5" of length and 1" of girth, going from 6x5 to 7.5x6. It seems more easy to gain length than girth, as far as what I've read here, a lot of people have seen 1" length gains in as little as 2-3 months but only slight girth gains. If I wanted to focus slightly more on girth, what are the best products and routines for that. I have bought a Bathmate, that has still yet to arrive, but it seems clamping and rings are huge helps, which are the best clamps and rings? also it seems ssj are the best jelqs for girth? I'm still new to the MOS way of doing things so any help would be appreciated, thanks!!!
