I know that hanging and stretching are king when it comes to gaining length, but is it necessary or worthwhile to do jelqing whilst trying to gain length? a lot of people say that jelqing is like the squats of penis enlargement.

Jelqing is more of a girth exercise but it does allow for some length. If you only desire length I suggest sticking to the methods that produce the best gains in length, the LengthMaster, the SizeGenetics, Manual Stretching and Hanging, these are the fastest methods to length.
 
Jelqing do help, and jelqing do have a lot of benefits when you are trying to grow a dick, even if you only go for length. Jelqing can increase both length and girth + it promotes better bloodflow, which is good for overall penis health.
 
Yes, what DLD said. Jelqing is a good exercise for both length and girth, but if you want length ONLY, then you'd better stick with the above mentioned :).

With that said a session or two of jelqing per week is good for overall penile health so I would include this also.
 
Yeah also doing it in a more flaccid state your doing a kind of stretching movement pulling forward as you jelq just don't apply to much pressure.
 
I do 500 erect jelqes everyday and 1000 erect jelqes one day a week. I do 1 minute Slow Squash Jelqes between every one 100 repetitions. Been doing it almost 4 months so far...
I would say that Jelqes and SSJ are the best (in my opinion of course).

DLD, somedays I cant wrap my penis after I PE and I get pretty severe shrinkage, does it mean that I wont grow?

You may be overtraining as hard as it may feel taking a break will help you gain I took 3 weeks off once and only did a couple of stretches in the shower and gained 1 cm in length.
 
yes adequate rest would help in growth, but isn't stretching another story?

Not at all, shrinkage is a normal part of fatigue. The best way to combat this is to strap on your SizeGenetics at a medium tension to hold you in an extended position after training length, you can also use the Uncle Jim Wrap. With girth, a simple, cheap cock ring will prevent the shrinkage of girth. In both cases length and girth, healing in an elongated or expanded position will greatly increase your permanent gains.

makes sense to heal elongated, but if I wasn't able to wrap and just let it turtle does that mean that I wont make gains? I guess what im asking is, is doing PE useless if your not going to heal elongated? kinda like lifting weights and not eating, youll never grow

reading through here over the years I have learned healing elongate is not necessary but very beneficial and improves gains.

Well no one really did this until I started SRT, I think there is plenty of proof to it's validity.
 
If you want length only I suggest going with the lengthmaster and the SiliStretcher.
