Ok... if you think this is a negative thread... click elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have grown 1.5 inches and girth is unreal! but with that said... here is some thoughts for the progressive Penis Enlargement' er to hit marks and goals!

I really think your first year or maybe 6 months (cant be sure on time frame) YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!

THEN.. YOU HIT A WALL! like i have... i am 7.5 and stuck for a few months. I have upped the intensity yet no growth... here is my thoughts on progress.....

i really believe that we are a living organism that needs healing time! to regenerate cells and cement gains! I think a wise man once said you need to step back a little to move forward! this applies to some extent!

you dont quit Penis Enlargement altogether... what I am saying is go intense for 6 months or so then.. cement for 1 month with less stress.... drop it down a notch and let your body heal... then crank up the heat for a season... then allow healing time! If we are to play the land theory too its extent... it would be 3.5 months MAX .5 months cementing! I will do this and tell results! instead of 2 months on... I will go 3.5 months but haven't rested in 11.5 months! Body needs a break... i expect to lose a 8th during healing but will bounce right back in days and break the 8 inch mark next max session!

IF UR NOT THINKING FORWARD... ur thinking behind! just my thoughts out loud to be ridiculed!

here is a thought... in nature, land needs to heal ever 7 years 6 yrs on.. 1 yr off! not a farmer but nature has a way of saying... bro... over working ur land right now!

Just measured length and seen no results for 2 months of intense stretching! not discouraged... i see this as an opportunity to adjust and listen to my body for quicker gains! All ur thoughts are welcome... but will take 2 weeks off and use extender at an easy length for a season then after this reset of health and healing bring it up to max again... I am thinking 2 months max work... 2 weeks rest and just cementing with extender and jelqing.... I know i will get hell for this but i cant deny my results or what my body is saying! Love to hear thoughts from Penis Enlargement'ers yrs in!

It does seem to make some sense, at least in theory.
I have seen this kind of evolution in other kinds of physical training, as in aerobics for instance. Sometimes it would happen that I'd jog regularly for a few months and, by the end of that period, I'd notice that I wasn't evolving anymore. Then, I'd stop for a while, for whatever reason and, when I'd get back to jogging, maybe a month later or so, I'd be feeling much better and I could run for longer times. :)
So, I understand what you're saying and I take it as a perfectly valid suggestion. :)
 
this is a good post and you shouldn't get roasted for it, everyone body is different, and it's true once you get acclimated to something, anything, it's hard to grow...let us know what your results are and good luck

It's not only theory, I've tried it and had a break and now it feels like I'm gaining (already went to almost 9.5" flaccid stretch from 9"). After your "sudden growth spurt" cement your gains, take a break and then hit Penis Enlargement hard again. Congratulations Bull you learned one of the most important principles :).
 
Increase intensity (Body adapts to stress and so doesn't want to change)
Alter workout days for variety (mind gets bored)
Take an extended break from Penis Enlargement (We grow when we rest not when we work)
 
So when you say take a break do you mean just switch to a cementing routine or stop all together for some period of time?
 
thANX for the response guys... here is reality... you can turn up the intensity so high to break thru that u damage ur one and only tool! wisdom should always reign in Penis Enlargement and why we do this. I tried the every other day technique and its not for me! I cant do this every other day!!!!! I AM WAY TO COMMITTED!!! HELL even God rested on the 7th day after creation! HAHAHAHA! I problem solve daily... its what i do! so finding a more intense workout was easy... damage is another story.

I have broken down the process and this seems to hold some weight in thought... Penis Enlargement'ers that go double workouts daily... meaning one in the AM and one at night... and rest the next day seems helpful. Penis Enlargement'ers that work hard in the AM and rest at night can go with out breaks for longer periods of time. I am the later... give my tool 24 hrs to heal from previous day and hit it hard again... with sundays off in the week. With this format of workout is where i feel a couple of weeks off after 3 months would do the body good. will give results and reveal this new exercise when i return! i still hand stretch and extender but quit MAX workouts... I dont over stretch with hands or extender. Just keep a light routine to keep the process of Penis Enlargementing habitual and let my body know its not over until we win!

Hi TRB! here is my daily routine: I always warm up! light hand stretches and heating pad... or VERY HOT shower with light stretching while in shower...
then: I hang 5 lbs for 20 mins... then 11 lbs for 20 mins... then 8 lbs for 20 mins. I use the Captn wench for this: its light weight and use it for other exercises...then do Jelqs and SSJ for about 20 mins with edging afterwards and not having orgasm, just a dry orgasm. I use a keagle grip to stop sperm. I am experimenting with the reverse keagle for this... DLD uses reverse so I am trying this. Then I will put on extender for a few hrs... I work afternoons so this is my last exercise, however... I do hand stretches every chance I get thru out work time.... use extender for cementing now instead of gains. Doing DLD's ssj and jelqs has given girth... can just see it! but lenght is mt wall right now.

Completely agree. Even when you feel your sorest it is vital to keep the penis in an extended position, The SizeGenetics aside from all the great stuff it does, as a cementing tool there is nothing better.

Actually the reality is that the human body will not respond if the stimulus placed upon it becomes so regular it has no reason to change. Example being when you sit in the garden underneath the suns rays. Sit for X amount of time and this X can vary with fair skinned people its obviously shorter and darkies its longer. So sitting in it for just the right amount and you get a tan but too much and ya'll burn, go red and perhaps blister if the burns are sufficient. Do this regular and the body builds up a barrier to the suns rays so you can sit in the rays longer, so not burning as quick hence why folk tan more deeply or in other cases burn more redder like a lobster.

It made me nearly ill a few times when I started but in time when I was exposed to it constantly I become used to it and dealt perfectly with it at helping saving others lives. I could cope, think quickly and react to the situation. This was the body adapting to stress. Now and again something out of the ordinary would happen which would place the stress levels through the roof but that just in time made me stronger and better at dealing with shit in life. This same approach I apply with Penis Enlargement, adaptation is not good in this sport and so the trump card is intensity and when that is altered we have the scales in OUR favour.

I don't think you can accidentally loose your unit in Penis Enlargement. Even the doctors in a penile surgery are having a hard time cutting these damn ligaments, because they're so tough. Superficial damage on the other hand (like discoloration, red dots, fluid build up, etc.) happens now and then and is actually nothing to worry about. Permanent nerve damage is also pretty rare, I personally never read of this case, but it's possible.

Woke up this morning with a pretty solid wood, look on nite stand and there was a ruler, I thought.... why not! did a quick measurement halfheartedly and had to do a double take! I grew an 1/8 of an inch! Reset my ruler and measured again to make sure my eyes wasnt playing tricks on me.... yup! still there! maybe only a week will be suffice to rest... truth be told it IS KILLING ME not to Max Penis Enlargement!!!! Focusing on getting the perfect rest time and when to use it. My unit feels great... but I will wait.

You will see in my new workout that much time and care is given to the healing periods. I can't wait till guys can start using it.
