Hello! I just want some feedback on my routine. I really want to hit 5.5 inches in girth! To me girth is more important than length, but i still want length gains aswell.
Warm Up - Rise sock - 5 minutes
Tunica Tugs
Bundled Stretches
Bundled Tunica Tugs
DLD Stretches. (Holding a stretch in all directions for 60sec)
Shaft Stretch. (Grab under glans and at base and stretch opposite direction)
Heavy down-stretching
A couple squeezes
A variation of different jelqs, v-jelqs and SSJ's for an example.
Supra Slammers
This is basically what i do in 1 session. I didn't told the rep amount for everything because i just do what my penis is used to.
Is there something i could add/delete or fix to have a better chance at reaching my goal? I don't have any sort of device currently and i want to do as much as i can without devices for now Thank you!
