Hello! I just want some feedback on my routine. I really want to hit 5.5 inches in girth! To me girth is more important than length, but i still want length gains aswell.

Warm Up - Rise sock - 5 minutes

Tunica Tugs
Bundled Stretches
Bundled Tunica Tugs
DLD Stretches. (Holding a stretch in all directions for 60sec)
Shaft Stretch. (Grab under glans and at base and stretch opposite direction)
Heavy down-stretching

A couple squeezes
A variation of different jelqs, v-jelqs and SSJ's for an example.
Supra Slammers

This is basically what i do in 1 session. I didn't told the rep amount for everything because i just do what my penis is used to.

Is there something i could add/delete or fix to have a better chance at reaching my goal? I don't have any sort of device currently and i want to do as much as i can without devices for now :) Thank you!
 
If I had to guess... I'd say it'd make it longer.

The only trouble with that much bundling is the skin starts to get beat up. You can train through it and condition yourself or split the work unto two sessions to give your skin a break.

Might want to cut the stretches that aren't bundled and do a few more minutes of squeezes instead. Have you considered edging with a ring or clamping? They also work pretty well with squeezes.
 
Yes i have considered that. But i haven't had the chance or taking it to buy anything yet. I don't know when i will, therefore i'm looking for something that works manually.

Why is your routine 70 % for length if you want girth??:(

This is my recomended manual routine for you,if you want to focus on girth :

Warm up : 5 - 10 min
Bundle Stretches : 5 - 10 min
Newbie routine stretches ( since you said you want some length gains as well )
5 min jelqing
5 min ssj
5 min jelqing
5 min ssj
5 min jelqing
5 min ssj
Cock ring for as much as possible ( if you don't to buy a cock ring , you can use a shoe lace or something,be creative ).

In time you can add more time to the girth exercises,after a month for exemple : 10 min jelq,10 min ssj,etc.

Simple,quick and efficient.This workout should last for about 1 h - 1,5 h a day,maybe.

My advice would be save money and get yoursel a BathMate , this thing will do wonders for your girth.Or enter the MoS contest and win one for free.
 
I have much length exercises aswell since i want both length and girth, but i mostly want girth atm. I wanted to create a routine that provides both length and girth. This routine seems nice and easy to apply. But i wonder.. The maxtime of jelqing i have done so far is 12 minutes of jelqing + ssj together in one session. With this routine i would do more, should i do 3 sets directly or start with 2? Also one thing i'm starting to think more about is that possible less could be best for me regarding gains. Aldo dry jelqs with only some hot water could possible my way to gain. I have to look further on that. Why would it be that some grow girth easier with dry jelqs instead of wet jelqs? I think about this since the time i have made good girth gains has been with a pretty low amount of dry jelqs in the mix. But this was mostly for the first 3-4 months, maybe 5. So it maybe was noobie gains.

Just try and play with SSj and Jelqing without overdoing it.

500 jelqs + 15 min SSj should give you a nice expansion,if you follow that with a cock ring to keep that expansion ( read the SRT ) you will gain quick.

Thank you. I just wanted to know what difference dry jelq can make to your penis and gains compared to wet jelqs. A question about the ssj's though.. When i'm 100% erect and to them it doesn't feel good. My penis is too hard to play around with. When i push my upper shaft down the veins are getting very prominent, is this a good sign? When i do them with a little less erection %, when my penis is a little bit softer, only then i found the ssj's easier to do. It's easier to work with my penis and it feels a little bit more elastic. When 100% my penis is just static, it doesn't respond to bends or anything.

Would this mean 80-90% erection level could be better for me when i do my ssj workout?

Yes continue using erections you feel comfortable with. Wet/dry jelqs are the same deal use what works best for you. Bulging veins are fine.

There's not difference between these two exercises i believe...why would you dry jelq when you can wet jelq?It's just going to be 10x easier to wet jelq...dry jelqing doesn't have any benefits if you ask me,it's just going to be hard to perform this exercise + you're skin will get iritated probably.Wet jelqs FTW

Keep records of repetition and time. You'll want to add more time and or reps as you progress otherwise you'll be in a cementing phase.

I just meant that i didn't told you guys how much reps i do because we all need different rep amount etc, i keep track of time/reps :)
