well imo if you want to cement your gains you have to gain an extra half an inch, you want to get to 7 bpel, you have to get to 7.5 sometimes when you stop exercising you may lose half an inch or something..maintenance is important too once or twice per week gonna help you to keep your size permanent..
 
Thanks can extenders make flaccid gains and if so are they permanent? Im okay with my erect size about 8.5 bone pressed erect but my flaccid with exercise goes to 7.5 flaccid bone pressed just that without exercise i might go to 4.0 bone pressed flaccid.
 
well 8.5 bpel is massive,maybe gaining half an inch can take you 8.5nbpel.¡¡.i really dont know about extenders maybe DLD or somebody else can help you out...
 
Cementing any gain takes either training your penis until it is .25" beyond your goal or practicing a maintenance routine after you have reached you gaol. If you reach .25" beyond you goal you can stop PE and your penis will settle down into your goal size. If you go with maintenance you will practice pe once per week for life...this is best because it will keep you penis in good health and perfect working condition.
 
You're talking about exercises or tricks to become a shower rather than a grower by nature. The only way to do that is to get your dick used to it. You can try wrapping, which is great for it if you're good at it. I like to do lazy ass stretches where you literally pull your dick down and sit on it. You can also try pulling it between your legs and holding it with your legs together while you sleep. Also just stretching it out whenever you hit the bathroom can help.

Your dick just has to get used to it, which will take a while, but a big flaccid hang is definitely worth what little effort it would take.

i have been PEing and wrapping all day but i remove the wrap at night.....i have felt that when i dont have the wrap on the penis and i have any physical exercsion then the penis goes back to its normal size........i have been wrapping nearly for 2-3 weeks....

should i wrap when i do any cardio exercises or body workout ??
should i wrap at night ??? i cant wrap at night cuz i get many long erections......

It takes daily wrapping for some time to make the conversion in flaccid length, minimum of 3 months but I went for a couple of years.

and dld i have noticed loads of skin gain from wrapping .....when i remove my wrap my skin gains always remain but most of internal penis gains go away....
also can i wrap during cardio exercises or body workout ?????

Be sure to bring all skin back towards the scrotum when wrapping to avoid skin stretch and to give all stress to the penis shaft. You can wrap during cardio or any other exercise.
 
What is Cardio? I keep hearing it everywhere on the forum. Somebody enlighten me please

Any exercise that increases the heart rate like aerobics, treadmill, biking, running, etc.

I know you said you tried the stealth. Maybe things have changed since you tried it. If you use the additional cloth sheath that comes with it, it will hold you out at near erect length all night. You can wear it all night without any discomfort.

Cardio is more so the stuff that gets you out of breath. Movement related stuff where you use your whole body. Walking even qualifies.

Wow, I jogged for 30 minutes daily now. My measurement comes by July 1st
