So the newbie routine is too light and I have a hard time understanding the SRT as it's a LOT a writing there and involves devices I don't have so I decided to create my own routine. Please let me know what you think.

Stretches:
Up, down, left , right - 30 second holds by 3 sets of each
25 helicopter pulls in each direction.
Ace band wrap penis and stretch every hour.

Later Girth.
Pump 5 minutes
400 jelqes- for me it's better to measure reps instead of a 5-10 time frame as reps are easier to keep track of and 100% accurate.
Pump 5 minutes
400 jelqes
Pump 2 minutes
After throw on cock ring.

What do you guys think?
Question:
1. Does 2 milks equal 1 jelq rep or everyone time a single jelq?

2. Do I put the wrap back on after pumping for overnight?

3. Does the cock ring go around balls and dick? Or just the dick? This confuses me.

4. How long to leave the cock ring on after girth session?

It should be enough if you stay consistent and do it every single day... Is a heli stretch the same as rotarys?
for girth work dont worry too much about counting jelqs, you need to go by feel and get actual expansion. maybe try ulis or edging for awhile see what i mean.
 
I don't want to over complicate my routine or I won't do it. And heli and rotary.. don't know what you mean. I grab the tip of my dick, stretch it out and go in a circular motion in the stretched position 25 times each direction.
 
ok yes, they call those rotary stretch here not helicopter stretch, now i understand.
I'm not trying to make it complicated what im saying is 400 or just 4 jelqs it doesnt matter, what matters is the actually expansion of your cock. If you practice with uli or edging you will see what i mean. you want to force as much blood as possible in a healthy way into your penis. It takes practice. So a question like "is 400 jelqs enough?" it sounds like a lot of jelqs but what really matters is the expansion. Expansion is more important than just busting out hundreds of reps. anyways i hope that makes sense and welcome to the forums.
 
Can't really tell if your routine is good for yourself. You have to feel it because every body is different. By the end of your routine, your penis should feel sore. Sore = good workout. If you don't feel soreness then you will have to increase more reps and intensity. I would highly suggest you to invest in devices. It will help to speed up the process and bring faster gains. And always wrap your penis and keep it at the extended state during healing process.
 
Thanks guys much appreciated. I have a leg strap I can wear as a ads called esl40. It grips from suction. I just need to figure out how to stop the burning tingling feeling I get in my glans when wearing it. Any suggestions on that would help.

As far as stretches where should I feel it? If I pull a inch below glans I feel it in my logs pulling. When I grip at the glans or directly behind it I feel it in my shaft. So where should I be pulling and should I be feeling tho I'll in the shaft of glans? Thanks.

Looks good to me.

1) 1 milk equal 1 jelq
2) depends how you feel and what you want, optional, not necessary at all
3) Either one, most prefer on the dick only
4) at least an hour

SRT should not be confusing, it does take some studying to master but it is nothing more than a routine with explicit reason to the exercises. For instance a simple part of SRT you have left out is Bundled Stretches before a workout. If you study on this you will see that the TUNICA is a limiting factor in gaining size and the way to conquer this is with Bundled Stretches. Another point missed would be Expressive Stretches, these bring gains from within the body, a place most will never see gains unless they do this exercise. Another point in SRT that is important is Erect Stretching as this is what helps make gains permanent. Lastly, do not sleep on the Kegel or Testical Health Massage and Stretch found in the Newbie Routine. Outside of this I would say the routine looks good. And to make this easy let me lay it out for you.

Before any girth or length routine get in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches
Every day include 5 minutes of Expressive Stretching into your length routine
3 times a week get in 10 minutes of erect stretching.

Thanks DLD... I wish I had the time to read through the SRT program but I really, really don't. I did read it once but I'd have to read it again to understand. I work 15 hr days so I decided to do what I know. I don't know what bundled and expressive stretches are. I'd have to look that up.

As far as my question where you I feel the pull whan doing a manual stretch? Through the shaft or the lugs. When I pull a inch behind glans I feel it in the ligs.. when I pull at the head I feel the pull in the shaft. Which is correct?

changing the direction of the stretch or hand placement should effect if you feel it in the ligs or shaft. try to avoid stretching by the glans itself its full of nerves and you want it healthy. pull straight down it hits the ligs more, pull straight out it effects the shaft more. the ligament is basically holding your internal penis back from coming out more.

Both stretches are explained in SRT. I understand how long the SRT post is but at least get in there to find these stretches. Give yourself 5 minutes a day to dedicate to the study of SRT, it is worth the 5 minutes. The your time and take it all in and see how it will greatly help you. When stretching you will feel it in different places depending on the stretch. Basic stretching, for the most part is ligamental stretching, meaning the ligaments are effected most. This will be true for all basic stretching with the exception of upward stretching, which stretches your Tunica. There basically are 3 places length gains come from, 1. the Ligaments, 2. Internal Penis and 3. The Tunica. There are specific stretches for each place of gain. Basic Stretches hit the ligaments, Expressive Stretches hit the Internal penis and Bundled Stretches effect the Tunica. In addition to this Erect stretches should also be included 3 times a week for 10 minutes each session, this will help you cement temporary gains.

Thanks DLD. Will definitely take your advice. Sorry for the misspelled words, I just realized the mistakes.. lol. It's the cellphone. I'll take your advice and read through it little by little. Do you think a 1 inch gain in a year is possible?

Holy shit dude!!!!!!! 2 inches???!!! I don't even know how that's possible.. lol. Did you take days off or no? Do you say your results came more from stretching?

You can see what I did there in the span of time. First i started 1 on 1 off, soon progressed to 2 on 1 off, then increased the "on" days til I did it 6 days 1 off or every day.

Little by little is best this way every point sinks in and engraves itself on your brain. Using SRT you will be able to gain an inch in less than a year.

I like this post. I always tell people to go with a routine that is simple and effective. If the routine is cumbersome for you, there is a high possibility to fall off.
