This is very important.. I've found through MUCH, MUCH trial and error(5+years).. to jelq like this...
Okay first, stand up, sideways to a mirror.. now..
If you want a fat dick do slow, hard, 2 handed jelqs(using both of your hands for added strength).
BUT
If you want, longer+fatter(but not as fat as exercise above) do this: relatively fast 2-handed jelqs(using both of your hands at once like above for added strength) but at every 10 you count, you do a slow, hard one, like I mentioned above.. so..1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 and the 10th jelq is a slow hard one, then 11-12-13-14-15-15-16-17-18-19 and 20th is slow hard jelq etc.. do about 600 a day.. it's easier to split your sessions in 2 doing 300 and 300 at a later time but I end up doing 600 at once.. takes about 1hr+ sometimes 50mins if you go fast.
Also important to mention, the relatively fast jelqs shouldn't be done nearly as hard as the slow hard jelq, do them more lightly but not too lightly, just a bit lighter.. you gotta gauge this yourself, but not too light, not too hard.. although more harder than lighter..
Do many kegels also.. do a lot of holding the PC muscle for 10 muscles, and do 200kegels a day of 2seconds, its well worth it for erection hardness and head size.
I fuckin know you'll gain a lot with this exercise.. I know most people see jelqing as mainly girth, but if you do it lighter, add some variations its also an extremely powerful lengthening exercise. Also.. do some manual stretching as well, don't gotta do much of that though IMO
