Could someone explain (maby with picture) how does exactly ligaments stretching work?
This is how I understand it: ligaments are DIRECTLY attached to the erectile tissue. Now, the there is outer part of penis but also the inner penis (consisting of course of the same parts as the outer penis which are: erectile tissue, corups spongiosum, corpus cavernosum etc.) . In order to put the 'inside the body' part 'out' we need to stretch the ligs (which, permanently stretched, will enable put the inner penis OUT), right?

If it is right then the whole concept of length penis gains is centered around pulling out the inner penis, right?

There is really three areas where the penis gains length. The first is ligamental gains, this would be where most men make their gains. The ligaments attach to the base of the penis and when stretched they allow the penis to hang longer at a lower exit point. The next area would be deep internal tissue, essentially internal penis. This would be penis that is beyond the ligaments, it can be traced from the lower base to the anus. This is effected through Expressive Stretching, a type of stretching I invented that allowed users to access deep internal penis. This can be seen in DLD Bathmate Hardcore Stretches or PowerAssist/LengthMaster Expressive Stretching. Lastly there is shaft gains that happen through Tunica Stretching and the stretching of erectile tissue along the shaft. Many realize these length gains through girth work.

I hope this helps you understand length gains.

Let's take into consideration this first 'area' described by you, DLD.

It seems 'suspicious' that my corpus cavernosum, erectile tissue, corups spongiosum, when erect gets longer (and it DOES get longer - I gained 2/5 inch in the last two months) ONLY from ligament stretching, hence my question - where this additional length of corpus cavernosum, erectile tissue, corups spongiosum (essentially the whole penis length when erect) come from?

My routine consists only from flaccid stretches: 1 minute down, 1 minute right, 1 minute length and then 50 rotary stretches - repeat 7 times (therefore it calcifies under the first 'area' described).

Truth be told we dont exactly where the growth originated from i.e ligaments or corpus Cavernosum et el but what I know is the growth is uniform and not isolated, meaning you will see growth across several aspects from the skin, ligaments to tunicae around the corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiousm.

Its difficult to know exactly from a gain where it ACTUALLY came from with 100% so take it as a mixture but with certain angles you will have more ligament then corpus C'/S'.

I do not think you can do ligament stretches, as some are dubbed and only gain length in the ligaments! that is ridiculous because your going to grow more skin, more tissues with cells for the blood and obviously the corpus chambers. In the past us pe'ers have looked upon stretches in certain angles too much black & white and not taken into account growth as a whole .. OTS or Over the shoulder hanging with a hanger & weights is used to target the tunicae rather then ligaments but you will grow no doubt slightly from the ligaments to make way for the additional gains via the tunicae otherwise you will eventual have an unstable weak point which causes injury.

It would be great do see for instance flash animation with explanation of what 1) ligaments stretching 2) tunica stretching 'approximately' does to the penis. I prefer visual learning style meaning, I understand best when I am shown a picture or a movie...It would be great if matters of size shown some movie of the science behind ligaments and tunica stretches and what it 'more or less' does to the penis.

Tunica is the tissue surrounding corpora cavernosa and by stretching Tunica one can make corpora carvenosa longer, therefore making penis longer - True or false ?

THEREFORE:

Penis size is limited by the size of your corpora cavernosa (or more precisely the length of tunica which surrounds it) so the stretching of tunica is as much important as stretching of the ligaments, true?

I wouldn't say its true because the ligaments allow sufficient growth and not to mention the masses of internal penis that can be stretched out and encouraged into growth. The Tunicae covers the corpus cavernosa and spongiusm. Its strong but isn't the be all and end all with this. Its a shell but can be made weaker for more stretching to take advantage of it and pumping will actually help with length gains as it seems to in my opinion weaken the tunicae shell around the whole chambers to the penis, which when stretching afterwards (pump session) can yield good results.

Remember this though Visiting friend ... you can't have one grow without the other.

Let me paraphraze my question:

Is there something which is called tunica stetching ? Is it possible to stretch tunica permanently?
