So I started a new routine
Dld length blaster
Tunica strerch 3x30 sec each way straight out
__________ stretch down
5 min erect stretch

It's a fun workout

But my bathmate use to give me huge gains and they'd last and carry to the next day. Now I get gains but not as much and they fade away by the time I wake up. It wasn't like this before
How come?
I use the bathmate 3x5 min
 
Are you keeping an airtight seal? Using the same amount of pressure? Is pressure leaking?
 
either ur penis has become tolerant to that much pressure or ur penis is fatigued

It's most likely time to add time to your sets with your Bathmate. Is your "fun" workout giving permanent results? I would suggest adding 5 minutes to each set with your Bathmate. Also, if using your Bathmate is the ONLY girth exercise you currently do, you are selling yourself short. You should also be using something like Slow Squash Jelqs before using your Bathmate for much better results.

Exactly. The reason I created the SRT 5x5x3 routine was for men to make the best gains without problems. There are many girth routines and you can drive yourself nuts finding the best for you but if you just go with the SRT workout there will be no guessing, you will gain. The routine is very simple:

First and most importantly get in at least 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches prior to starting the routine, this will bring a much more malleable state to your penis by stretching the Tunica, preparing it for the training and giving better results due to the pre-stretching using Bundles.

1. 5 minutes BathMate
2. 5 Minutes SlowSquashJelq
3. 5 minutes BathMate
4. 5 Minutes SlowSquashJelq
5. 5 minutes BathMate
6. 5 Minutes SlowSquashJelq

Done

Maybe you need to add a bit of intensity?

instead of 5x5x3 do 6x6x3 and see if you get anything :)

Your penis has gotten used to the intensity you have been using. Now is the time for you to increase the intensity of your girth routine. You have to always pump at extreme pressure

Talking about your bathmate not giving you huge gains anymore. Your body has adapted to the pressure of the pump so the expansion fades off before morning. That shouldn't be a problem. I see many newbies in pumping who say they gained massively within 2 months of pumping but that is not gains. Their body is yet to adapt to the pressure of the pump and that's why their expansions last up till the next day.

As long as you are getting up to half inch of expansion from your bathmate sesions and you are doing enough SSJ and wearing a cockring for 30mins after your session, the gains will come.

Just avoid measuring too soon. Always wait for 6 months before measuring.
