We should start and herbal forum to start to collect and classify these things. I have used Cannabis for most of my issues but I am always looking for other ways to improve my life and tackle some of the issues of getting older.
I give my thumbs up for this! I haven't used cannabis at all, but other things for sure. Lots of different nuts, seeds, honey products, different teas. On the non-digestive side a lot of different essential oils.
I think Zam also has dabbled with these things.
At the moment I am taking Brazil nuts more or less on a daily basis. Mucuna Pruriensis I'm also using quite often, it affects dopamine levels.
I sprinkle Nigella Sativa seeds (black seed, there's also oil available) on many of my dishes. I have celery seeds as well, they're great in soups.
Matcha is my newest "favorite", to me it gives a nice buzz, but no high caffeine rush.
There are lots of nice food products out there! I do supplement with some multivitamins as well. It's a different day every day pretty much, so my intake varies.
If one isn't allergic to honey or bee related products, I highly suggest taking a look at bee pollen. Propolis is also wonderful. I've combined a "super shot" with propolis, a bit of honey and apple cider vinegar.
On top of all this, I also take some probiotics. I feel a lot happier when the "core dump" I take is solid and smooth.
