Im considering a new length routine using the bathmate stretches since it would save me time.
However are these stretches actually useful in gaining erect length?

BM expressive stretches are definitely a part of my routine...the trick is getting enough suction do impart enough 'pull'. I also trap the cylinder between my thighs for a strong downward stretch. Experiment a little and you'll find them very useful
 
I use them as a regular part of my BM sessions. From my own experience, they are pretty intense and I feel the soreness at the base when I am done and usually the next day

I have made a 1/4" gain in length and girth in about 4 months. My bpfsl has increased by 1/2"

Are you doing any length exercises be it manual stretches or with a device?
 
I could really use as much feedback as I can get. Im considering using the bm fulltime for my length routine but want to make sure its effective

Everything sounds great on paper and in theory, the real test is putting it into your routine.
 
90% of my gains, I estimate are from my X40 (modded) and 100% are from my dedication/discipline/determination...regardless of which tool/method, the 3 'D's' will provide the results
 
For me it’s all about tracking. I have a spreadsheet where I track daily routines and monthly gains. Try it for 3 months and if you see no gain at all, it’s probably time reassess

I use the Phallosan for at least 8 hours a day except for rest days, usually Saturday and Sunday. I also have a LM that I try to use at least 2 to 3 times during the week but lately time has not allowed me to get in as much LM work as i would like to. I have done some hanging as well and hope to get that in as a regular part of my routine this year.
 
I hope so, the exercise has been around a long timed many men have done some excellent work with this stretch. Out of all the Expressive stretches I have developed this and the LengthMaster hole stretching are the best Expressive Exercises.

i would just do a normal bathmate session, personally thats how i roll
