why is it that after working out girth my flacid strech is over my normal flacid strech yet the el is the same ?
 
flaccid stretched seems to precede erect . Maybe your girth workouts are complementing your length potential
 
if so should i be working girth before length i mean ike right after cuz that increase could mean like an even greater increase right fuck i need solutions i want length now !!!! girth is a certain process but this length this is a process of finding whats right for me
 
Look man I want my gains right now too, but I'm not expecting miracles. I very well no ill have to think, and work hard for them.
You'll grow man I promise. Having said that length suks bro we all know that, I would train girth all day if I could. So just do your stretches, and remember to gain length you need to hold a good stretch. Just don't hurt yourself doing it, cuz your gonna have to stretch for many hours before you reap some serious inches. Stretch away man for real stay dedicated.

Make sure to get your stretches in everyday,and as for girth you should do it when your dik is feelin its strongest. There's a time and place for both, and its good to stretch your post-session girth although I would just concentrate on getting the stretch first cuz you no its the tedious part for me

its probably different for everyone, you will likely just need to figure out for yourself what works best for you

It could be a good idea to do things that way. You're just exhausting your penis to the point where the tunica relaxes and you get that full FSL. It could have more to do w/ heating than the extensive workout beforehand. So you might try just adding a heating source like a heating pad before you stretches. You're just going to have to conjure up a routine that suits your time schedule.
 
smerc seems to have the best answer i needed logical sence in the pe world as to tko brother ive worked out loength longer then anyone on this thread the past 3 months when it comes to manual work 4-5 hours a day

Damn man, 4-5 hours of manuals a day? With the LM or just bare hands/manual labor?
I just can't fathom that being possible. Hopefully I'm ignorant and misread that.

Have you looked into the LG hanger? Can be used w/ the LM and you can switch angles of hanging and hang for hours while also doing productive stuff like being on the computer, watching cat videos.
 
manuals bro my fuckjing hands im tired but still committed hahaha , im looking into getting a lm and peing in hot /warm water i hope i believe ive cracked the code in the gaining process did alot of reaserach , it was like a fulltime job as i dont have a job till recently XD which makes me wanna buy a lm bm .... and to top my length off i ddi 1 hour girth before bed lol
 
Thats insane. You should start a PE log.

The LM would + a LG would be a life saver it seems. Can't even begin to imagine how your hands must feel. I have heard of a few instances of people mentioning carpal tunnel symptoms from extensive manual PE, so be wary of that. Not sure how long you've been keeping up w/ that routine (3months?), but best of luck to you and your gains. Looking forward to hearing what type of results you get.
 
im gonna try for the less is better approach and decondition so i can work my way up to the top again and be wearing an ads all the time , i do have a log lol , i need 1.75 length and .75 girth to reach my goal of 10/6.5

you dont have too much to gain, shouldnt be too long before you start getting close to your goals.

do you have a new progress thread?
 
there's more than enough manual and device exercises available to make steady gains. it's simple, either put the work in even if it's uncomfortable, or find a way to like it.

another option is to choose one length exercise and master it. then move on to another after a few weeks or so and master new one. keep recycling. you may not need to have a diverse length routine if this way works. or in a few months you can add all those exercises mastered and combine in one routine.

personally i'm seeking motivation to do length work. at this point i've completely abandoned it. all i've been doing last 3 months is mega girth bouts. i do it b/c it feels great, but i must get over my lazyness soon or i will not see real length gains.

my cock is going to look like an eggplant if i continue girth for another year! i must do length!

Because length gains show up here before they show up in erect length. Girth will always cause some length gains because when the penis expands it expands in all directions, width and length. Think of girth work and the penis like you would a balloon, the more expansion it has the longer and fatter it becomes.

ive understood this theory for a while now, but never really seen it. could it be that for some the length gains from girth work is only a few millimeters?

It really depends on the exercises and the intensity reached. With huge girth expansion the penis has no choice but to gain length too. In length exercise girth gains can be made too due to tunica stretching, as the tunica stretches and becomes more flexible it becomes easier to gain length. In hanging SD or consistent downward stretching, in almost every case there will be a gain in girth as the base. Using this methodology is what helped me create the SRT Size Blaster which covers both length and girth.

Some times my penis hang lower when I wrap it with the ace bandage after taking off the cock ring. I think this is so because the pump stretches the penis and give us temporary length gains after the pumping session.
