why is it that after working out girth my flacid strech is over my normal flacid strech yet the el is the same ?

Girth will always cause some length gains because when the penis expands it expands in all directions, width and length. Think of girth work and the penis like you would a balloon, the more expansion it has the longer and fatter it becomes.
