still and kausion, do you guys think it is better to work girth only 3 daysin a row or so, i am currently doing 5 on 1 off, is that too much?
 
I was doing 1on1off but that doesn't seem to be working for me. I am now trying 2 on 1 off and will take it from there.

I don't think I would do more than 3 days in a row for girth.
 
Do YOU jelq anymore kausion? Sometimes even the simplest tricks work, no nead to do all advance.
 
I'm basing my 3 on, 1 off on how my dick feels. This is day 2 on, and my dick is already pretty tender from the extra expansion I'm getting from the warmth during the sessions. I'm using only basic base squeezes, and "horse" squeezes (two handed squeezes) at 100%+ erection. Both demonstrated in the threads via my signature.

Im not doing Jelqs, they are good for getting yourself harder erections but for me they could never gain me girth. I was doing them when I was doing my length routine.
 
It s funny, I started out using hot water at the start middle and end of my workouts and I remember growing alot more in the girth. Then I started using a rice sock because it seemed easier but it didnt give me the same expansion. So I went back to the hot water before during and after and it worked better.

Im starting to believe that good old fashioned hot water it the best way to go as it gives you more pliability and therefore better expansion.

thanks guys, i am going to reduce my workout from 5 days in a row to 3, guess thats why my dick was so tired all the time
 
Day three of using the heat before, and during my girth workouts. Another awesome session! I 'only' got about a 1/2" girth increase today during/after the session, but it was probably my best day out of three so far. I say this because my dick was literally throbbing in the tunica during the squeezes this morning. I feel an occasional "tingle" even now as I sit here flaccid (and nicely plumped!) This stuff definitely has potential to give me (and you other guys serious about girth) more girth gains. I'm taking the rest of today, and tomorrow off.

This isnt anything new, hot wraps before or after sessions has been known to have positive effects with pe for ages. Infact ALL my custom constricter routines I make have warm ups and warm downs, I BELIVE it is VITAL because it helpes growth and healing within the penis. So doing it the whole session is just an extension of the actual before and after wraps most do. Reasons it works so well is your dick is keeping so warm and the circulation is getting about very well. This keeps your erection good and further expands on what your doing.

Well, THIS idea IS new. The idea of using heat during the session to keep the tissues warm throughout vs. just before, or after. ;) That part of the concept, I have only seen until this point mentioned for HANGING or stretching the ligs.
 
So now that we're back on topic.....I really hope more guys besides myself will be applying this to their girth work.

I sure as hell am. Did it yesterday and the day before. Today is my day off. I really noticed the difference on the second half of the routine.
 
I tried this last night and I got some great expansion. Not sure how much exactly because I'm not gonna get lube all over the tape measure, but I noticed a difference :)

I have heard of it, but in hanging fields. Props to you for thinking of it in girth sessions, cos I gotta try it sometime.

Ya I always did a heating before during and after for my Erect Stretching routine. I would do one complete set then heat then come back and do the next set until I was done then do a warm down.

Maybe that is also why I gained quickly I never did think of trying that same method for girth.
 
I did this for my first session today....and man I got crazy amounts of bruising and expansion...the bruising was not caused by the heat, but the extra expansion did....at the same time I've always been a bruiser....It was great....I thought my width was quite impressive, nearly 2.25 and I thought my width was under two....I'm a big fan of the program Red gave me, it's a good bit of work...but using the hot water made it a bit easier for me to get through. I'm going to keep doing this and see if it gets better from here....

Fantastic stuff, your width sounds fuckin awesome.
Keep me updated at zululand with your progress and any changes to your routine ect.
 
Still doing these, and still getting very good results during my sessions!
