Well guys what do yall think about hanging 5 pound weight then extending woth either low or tension thats good but at the same time its comfy. Today i just started hanging a 5 pounder for 20 min then slap on a extender for 2 hours then take a 20 min break under a heat pad and repeat so in total im hanging 5 pounder 20 min 3 times in between extender usage and i try to get about 8 hours + of extender use and on my off days il do about 4 hours of extender and a straight hour hanging a 2.5 weight . I tyrd to do manual stretches but no luck. Im i over doing it or its ok any pointers?
 
Have you had any gain so far?

it looks like you are doing half work, try to follow the SRT routine from DLD, it is almost the same as what you doing, just adding more jelq and other few things. It will maximise you chance for gains.

I have personally tried, and, currently doing SRT for 3 weeks and I can assure you it is great work, you feel tired and you feel a damn good work on your penis.

No abvious gain from the naked eye but the wifey could not take me full few times now and she could swear it feel bigger.

Try it for few weeks and see esepcially since you are already doing half the work.

Your routine don't look bad man (8 hours extending + 3 sets of 20min hanging @ 5lbs). Were you doing the same manual routine from last year before you stopped (you stated: "I tyrd to do manual stretches but no luck")?

I would also look over SRT. Or maybe DLD might have something else to add on that.

If you're still mainly after length. I would try adding more hanging sets after a while if you can bare that.
Are you alternating extender positions?

What type of hanger are you using? Reason I ask is you're hanging for 1 whole hour. You don't want to be clamped down too tight for too long.
Another thing is. What tension are you extending @? You can probably hit 2.5lbs on your extending w/o having to mess w/ bringing the hanger out for a measly 2.5lb 1 hour hanging set.
 
So if you only want length put all efforts into a length driven routine. Without having to fit in girth and with total concentration going to length you should make gains very quickly. As Smerc said, read and study SRT to utilize the various methods of gaining and healing to promote faster enlargement.

This is a very intense routine. It should work. I like the heat pad idea.
