Well guys what do yall think about hanging 5 pound weight then extending woth either low or tension thats good but at the same time its comfy. Today i just started hanging a 5 pounder for 20 min then slap on a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 2 hours then take a 20 min break under a heat pad and repeat so in total im hanging 5 pounder 20 min 3 times in between [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] usage and i try to get about 8 hours + of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use and on my off days il do about 4 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and a straight hour hanging a 2.5 weight . I tyrd to do manual stretches but no luck. Im i over doing it or its ok any pointers?
