For me it was hanging. With any manuals I got jack shit except sore forearms. Same with pumping. No permanent gains. I only had gains while hanging. I think the device will be what you like personally.

Best options are those hardcore stretches, __________, erect stretching, internal stretch and the rest of the manuals. If you want to use a device, the lengthmaster all the way.
I've been doing a lot of basic stretches, BTC, straight out and down, left, right all that. I do as many Mandingos as I can, Hardcore stretches with the bathmate, internal stretches. I feel the tug in my inner penis, I can feel that Im pulling and I actually really like the sensation, but Im not seeing gains. Maybe Im not being patient enough, I'll go another month and see where Im at end of August. I stretch basically all day, whenever I have a free second so Im really hoping to see this all pay off.
Are there hanging rigs available for purchase or do I have to build one? Im intrigued by Supras but building all that seems to be hassle.

Has anyone seen gains from the __________/other stretches? Im just curious how long on average it takes to see length gains. Im also having a difficult time doing erect stretches, I can't seem to get any kind of real tug.
Patience is so important in this game, things do not happen overnight or even over a month in cases. Stick with your routine for 3 months, after that measure, if gains have come continue with that routine, if not, switch to a more intense routine.
