I was thinking about this the other day, after reading a post by Cyclops. Basically, he said "training the tunica opens the door for girth gains as well", by allowing the corpus cavernosa to expand. Then I thought to myself, OK, if the tunica is what is containing the CC and prevent its expansion, then wouldn't girth work also be hitting the tunica and open the door for length gains? What do you guys think? This could totally change some guys' ways of trianing. I mean, it might make it so that guys solely train for lig gains first, then go for tunica work once lig gains are exhausted (which would target girth and length, if this theory holds true).
 
I forgot to mention, this tunica theory might help explain why exercises like the Supra Slammer (actually a routine) can increase length although it involves no stretching.

I do both! Also I believe while doing Supra Slammers you are still stretching the penis, but not in the way that you see the stretch taking place. Just think while your slowly dry jelqing up the shaft, your penis is being stretched at a fully erect position, that is way Supra Slammers are a great overall exercise, same with any jelq method!


For me the more girth work I do the more rubbery the penis feels while stretching it, so IMO I believe girth and length go together hand and hand, no doubt about it!

Altogether if you do both you might get slower gains in length, than if you concentrated on length, and vice versa with girth. But with overall volume of the penis and condition, you can't get any faster!

This idea has been around for years. It's great to see you figured it out for yourself though, shows you are getting to know your penis and Penis Enlargement better.

I agree, by the way, but there are also specific exercises that will help only girth or only lenght and spmetimes focusing on just one thing will provide the most wanted gains.
 
A good example of girth exercises leading to length gains are Extreme Ulies (using a "Uli Thing"). I truly believe that I have gained some length along with girth just from performing the Ulies. I mean, as your penis expands from the pressure, it has to go somewhere... it expands outward as well as to the sides.

Of course, you'll gain length a lot faster if you do some kind of stretching exercises, but the penis is one thing. If it grows in one dimension, some of it is bound to "spill over" into the other.

Damn, I've reinvented the wheel! Wouldn't be the first time...anyway, I have been trying to really understand the anatomy of the penis because I believe you do need some knowledge of the anatomy to understand where your limiting factor lies. I mean, yeah, the penis is just a bag of skin and blood, but that kinda oversimplifies it so that we can get started. Once you tire out the lig gains, you need to get systematic on that sucker. Gotta understand the enemy to know how to attack.
 
I forgot to mention where I was going with this thread!! I meant to ask if training for girth (clamping, Uli's, etc. would make length gains easier in the "tunica-training stage"? What do you guys think?
 
I hope so, alls I do for the moment is a hardcore jelqing routine every other day.

Kal, I thought you were consulting BIB about hanging recently? I doubt that jelqing by itself would stretch the tunica enought to make more than just newbie girth gains, let alone further length gains. And I can bet on it that doing it every other day is not enough to gain girth or length.

I was, but I really have a deformed shaft, and I think hanging greatly contributed to that. I'm confident that, over time, doing an hour's worth of jelqing could add some length, not to mention girth gains.
 
No reason why it shouldn't. I've made good gains in both departments by wet jelqing alone, later on, by adding a stretching routine--then by focusing on dry jelqing, stretching, and edging, (which is what I'm doing presently).

My best gains in length and girth probably came when I was doing both jelqing and stretching every day for close to two hours, (then I had the time and motivation to do both). However, another month of good gains came a year later after a two month lay-off. I don't think it matters much which specific exercise you're focused on to gain in both length and girth. Just keep focused and make sure you put in enough effort and time.

But why spend an hour jelqing when you could be doing a more intense girth workout in about 20-30 minutes?

I'm not just looking to explode my girth (although I wouldn't mind it), plus I like the feeling of using the powerjelqer, and after an hour or so, I really liked the fatigue feeling of having my penis feel like "play dough".
 
I don't know man I do both I try to do as much as I can and jam it into a one hour workout and wear the extender 2 hours. I mean i've been doing this in 5 weeks .6 inches and .25 in girth gains don't lie.
