Hello all I'm not new to PE but I still consider myself a newbie as I haven't been doing this for a long time. Back and 2013 I bought DLD's penis enlargement program. I was able to gain almost an inch in length from that program in about 3-4 months. I added air pump thing to my routine after a while, but my penis started feeling rubbery after adding the pump sessions so I stopped all PE. I didn't have the motivation neither after setting dumped by my girlfriend. And it was most likely becuse I was too small for her.

I lost about .5" after stopping so right now I'm about 5.5" erect, I started at 5. I thought it was time that I get back into the game and try to grow my penis again. im hoping that I could get to 7-7.5" in erect length by 6" in girth. Would you guys think that's possible for me? I'm 4.9 midshaft and 6" at my base. Yes I have a weird shaped dick. Also the pulling exercises are a bit difficult for me as I have VERY small glands. My glands are short in length about 1" long and 4.5" around and the flare right barely protrude out so my hand is constantly slipping off powder doesn't work. Anyone knows a fix for this?

I'd love to increase my glans size but haven't found much on increasing glans size or if it actually works. I no longer have the DLD program as the DVD got damaged when I was moving around a lot. So what workout would you guys recommend? I don't know if I should do a newbie workout or something hardcore or inbetween as Ive done some PE 3 years ago and don't know if newbie routine would be enough. I'm trying to increase length and girth. I upgraded my bathmate and I'm waiting for it in the mail. I currently have the original Hercules version that I bought in 2099 but holding the water in makes it difficult. All recommendations and advice is welcome.
 
Hello Flash and Welcome to the Brotherhood, I am very pleased to see the gains you have already made, this gives you the belief needed to make gains happen. The 1/2" you lost will ore than likely return very quickly. The Newbie Routine and the 5 Phase routine have been Trumped by the SRT routine. SRT is the most powerful workout going and will brings gains the fastest. I am sorry to hear about your DVD but once you purchase the BathMate send me the receipt and you will gain access to the DVD material on the Paysite for free. The BathMate for you at your size I would say the X30 or the X40. You can choose from the extreme series which gives an external hand pump to increase vacuum. You can also go with a standard model and add the WineVac modification and you will have unlimited vacuum. If you need anymore advice please simply ask!

Hi flash, if you are having trouble with grip try using something like a cloth or even better a rubber glove! You will have all the grip you want with one of those.
From my understanding the SRT is the best way to train regardless of experience or time away from PE. The stretches in SRT are from the newbie routine apart from bundles so you are still stretching in all directions and you are waiting for your bathmate to arrive which you can incorporate into your routine by doing Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) which is 5 mins pump 5 mins SSJ or jelqing three time over.
Do your length routine in the morning and use SRT principles of healing in an extended state using an all day wrap and then do your girth routine in the afternoon or early evening so you can wear a cock ring to hold onto the expansion for a few hours. I wouldn't advise wearing it to bed either just to be clear.
Make sure you check yourself regularly while in a wrap or a cock ring for blood flow, if you wrap too tightly your bellend will turn purple and go cold . Same applies for the cock ring buddy , make sure you check.
If you follow the SRT you will be in the best possible position to gain. 👍👍
 
Increasing grip or preventing slippage is the perfect place for the LengthMaster, grip is 100% solid and slippage will not happen. This will also free you up to stretch with both hands, not just one making intensity massive.

Thanks DLD. I was actually looking into the LengthMaster. Is it painful to use? Also would it still work for me As I have small glans?

Thanks bro. I think I may go with the set routine as I've seen it brought up a lot. I'd have to figure out how to wrap up to keep the extension. And your right about the rubber glove it Work's beautifully.. just my glans start to feel raw and hands get super tired.. lol. What cock ring would be best for this? I remember a long time ago I tried a snap on and the thing was completely useless. Also should I have the cock right on before going into the bathmate?

I personally use any adjustable cock ring buddy that is very comfortable to wear. I got mine online from a UK company called love honey.

As for the bathmate you don't actually have to be completely bald but being short is definitely advisable. I've used mine without the comfort pad and that seems to hold a good seal, you could also try turning it half a turn to see if it seals better for you that way. There is a bit of a learning curve with the bathmate but once you have found what works you will be fine buddy.
Also make sure the release valve is working correctly as that can affect the suction as well .

Using an ace bandage or any type of bandage to wrap with is easy bud. After you have finished your stretching routine pull yourself out with one hand just behind the head and wrap with the other. You can either wrap from the base first or the head first, it doesn't really matter.
Remember not to wrap too tightly as you dont want to restrict blood flow and you will be fine. Check every hour or so and remove if you need to, you can take advantage and do a few stretches before putting it back on.

Thanks so much for the advice. I always had the old bathmate so it's taking time to get used to this one. As for the release valve should it release pressure by pushing down the top like the old model or by moving the pip to the center. I noticed the x30 model don't press down at the top.

No problem at all bud, we are all here to help each other in a positive manner, that way we stay positive when things don't seem to be going our way.
Unless they have changed the valves on the x30 recently it should release by pushing down on it, I know mine does but it's a few years old so things may of changed.
