how much expansion do most of you who clamp usually get after a sesion or even during ?
i usually get around 1/4'' to a little under 1/2 an inch. but usually a little over a quarter!:)

That's pretty good. But its more so pressure. People vary someone might get more and not fell it. Your penis should fell rock hard from the pressure.

Since I have no experience is clamping take this comment as curious more than anything. Wouldn't clamping at a lower erection level give more room for tissue manipulation? or, is the theory the same as erect jelqing.

I think KINGSNAKE would be perfect to answer this question. He seems to have a theory on how clamping works.

There was a girth gainer here who said he thought semi erect has more opportunity for tissue deformation than fully erect. He said the penis is stell like when erect and has less resistance to deform.

I am also interested in this question. Common guys, those of you who have packed on the size from clamping should chime in. Currently I get .5" temp girth gain but I also use the Bathmate before hand.

3/4''+ every session. I go balls to the wall with my intensity though like a committed clamper should ;)

Damn thats a lot. I think in time I will be able to push the intensity more. Right now I am limited by the fluid build I start to get during my second clamp set after using the Bathmate.

I have only just started clamping - today was my second day of clamping. I started with a 10 min easy pump and then did 3 12 min clamp sets. My erection was like steel, very dark colour and veiny - girth went up by 3/4 inch. It felt very good - followed this with pump&jelq session, and then an hour in the extender.

Damn, are you getting a lot of fluid buildup from all of that? That seems to be what limits my expansion and length of workout.

Question for everyone, do you guys see an increase in temp girth expansion when you get real girth gains? For example i am currently 5.25 girth and get to 5.75 clamped. When my expansion eventually starts reaching 6" and above, do you think I will see that same increase in non clamped girth? It makes sense and sounds like a stupid question but I decided to ask anyways.

Hey DRD13

Re Fluid build up - very little if none. This site has some excellent information about pumping and how to use it in conjunction with the other tools in the Penis Enlargement regime. When I pump, I use a low pressure - 4-7hg and no more, pump for 10-15 mins max, and jelq after a pump (200 jelqs). If I am lucky and have a few hours to myself, then I do a session covering clamping, pumnping, jelqing and finish with an hour in the extender. I then wear a cock ring. The end result is a tired cock but with no or very little fluid retention. I end up with a 3/4 inch girth increase.

Today I will be trying out the following routine - warm up then 15 min clamp, followed by 10 min pump, then 200 Jelqs. Repeat three times. I want to see what happens - will report back

This guy has things figured out. Most of his workout is WORK. Good job!

Yes, temporary expansion happens all the time if you're doing enough work. Just try not to get all hung up on the idea of trying to ''predict'' gains based on temporary increases. Temporary increases are only indicators of a good workout. Repeated good workouts over time=gains. Temporary increases are not ''gains''. I don't understand why so many guys in our community seem to be so confused by this VERY simple concept. This is probably where all this nonsense about ''cementing gains'' came from. Gains are gains, you don't ''lose'' them.

Man everything I know is down to people like you and DLD - you guys are the pioneers and kind enough to share the information with the rest of us. To be frank, anyone with some time can work out a strong and varied routine from the information on the forums. Use some common sense, and understand that this does involve some work - there aren't any quick fixes but there are alot of easy mistakes to avoid

I understand what temp girth increases are. I was just curious to see when people saw real pre workout gains as their workout temp expansions consistently started going up. Im just trying to stay optimistic for new gains to come because they have been sporadic.

Exactly, real gains are usually sporadic and unpredictable.

So true, and this is why men should remain diligent and consistent! Do not give up before you experience the miracle!
