I think a lack of protein can cause a lack in growth and erection quality. I also think that protein is extremely important in healing. For PE and getting the smallest fat pad I try to stick with Proteins and Complex Carbs, this helps me with muscle building and keeping my metabolism going. In addition I also suggest low impact aerobic exercise like boxing, walking, biking, etc. 20 minutes a day is perfect. Rest his also important in this so be sure to get at least 7-8 hours a night. Also, drink as much water as you can this will help with many things in loosing the fat pad and exposing more penis. Currently I am at 201 with a fat pad of about 1.5". I started my weight loss 6 months ago at 220 with a fat pad of 2". My goal is 180 with a fat pad of 1/2". With this exercise I may be able to reduce the pad to 1/4" which is what it is when I weigh 145-150 but at 185 I will need to spot train.

Note i'm not saying you should become vegetarian or vegan I just thought you assumed I wouldn't get enough protein from a meatless diet.

You can get a lot of protein through a vegetarian or vegan diet. There are bodybuilders, powerlifters, and calisthenic people (and more) that are vegan or vegetarian and get enough protein. The key is knowing which vegan food contains the most protein and get enough in your system. Not only that but the macronutrients aren't so severe as with meat making it a lighter experience while still building muscle mass.

For someone who does calisthenics maybe, but we're built like real men who do real work that's why we need more protein

I believe you need extra protein if you want to gain penis size.Just like bodybuilding,if you want to put muscle mass you have to eat extra protein.Ofc you don't need that much protein for penis repair,but i think you will need a bit of extra.One more glass of milk,a bit more chicken breat,maybe a small protein shake :) . Small things.

You still get enough protein a day if you eat a lot so nothing to worry about unless you work out :p

It is also good to listen to your body when it craves something, this is usually a sign that there is something lacking from the diet. The thing we need to understand is our bodies and the fact that we need protein and complex carbs but we also need sugars and fats. The point is to put them in an order that makes sense. 100% protein diet is just, plain unhealthy, the same would imply top any exclusive diet, or inclusive for that matter. For instance, the no-carb diet that was all the craze now has serious medical issues. I try to keep Protein at around 60%, Complex Carbs at about 20%, Fats at 10%, Fruit Sugar at 5% and simple sugars at 5%. This takes care of all my cravings and has proven to be a great diet for me. I started this diet 6 months ago at 220 and today I am at 201/ 200 without my chain :)

I didnt read the whole thread but I´ll offer my opinion anyway. I switched to the paleo style of eating a year ago. That means you eat animals and plants. No grains, legumes, processed shit, and seed oils. I feel the best I have ever done and my diet wasnt that bad before either.

As far as meat goes there is nothing scientifically wrong with meat as long as its from a good source. I understand that in the US you pump your animals full of steroids and other shit but thats illegal here so its not a problem for me. Its not meat thats bad its meat from animals that have been injected with various chemicals that contaminate the meat. Another issue is the food the animal eats. Cows dont thrive on a soy based diet and that will result in worse quality meat. However there is of course the silver lining that most toxins are stored in body fat so if you cut away the fat the rest is for the most part good no matter what happened to the animal.

So long story that others could have explained much better short meat is not bad for you or your erections. Bad meat is bad for you and your erections. Or at least thats what my personal experience and the sciency stuff that I have read thinks.
