Okay, let me make it easier for all who inquire about Samzman's routine. I actually save the routines of "big gainers" and pick one to experiment. If these routines are wrong then feel free to correct me, Samzman (I had previously asked for your routine 'cause I thought you might have something new to add).

I basically went through three major routines, all the time inbetween was just fuckin around trying to find out what worked.




my first routine was this

( this one was my first basic routine and was the one that brought me my first two inches)

pull up for one minute, down for one minute, out straight for one minute, to the left for one minute, and to the right for one minute


after that do 45-50 mins of wet jelqus

make sure to warm up and warm down to not cause injury







my second one was this (this one wasn't that much better than the previous one, however it WAS affective. so it's all good)

the same stretching routine as above

about 20 horse jelqus for 10 seconds each, and then wet jelqu for 45-50 mins





i started to mess around with A stretches but i didn't bring them into an affective routine



my third one, and the one that i'm doing now (this isn't a routine that i made up. i got this from someone who knows his shit.)

grabing your nuts with one hand and your dick with the other, pull your head straight up and your nuts straight down, hold it there and do 20 kegels

then do the same thing except pulling your nuts upwards and your dick straight down, make sure to do 20 kegels

then pull just your dick straight up for 30 seconds

then pull your dick straight down for 30 seconds





now for the jelquing

pump your dick up to 100% and let it settle down to about 95%

do 10 sets of dry jelques 10 seconds each

right afterward do 3 sets of compression sqweezes, 30 seconds each at about 80-85% erect





that is the routine that i am workin on right now and it seems to be very sucessful. so basically all that i can imagine that i learned from all the Penis Enlargementing is this

start off witht he basics and when you hit a plateau (however you spell it) add some more complex things to your routine. keep building it up like that and see where it takes you.

I remember you mentioning something about your erectile disfunction before.
I know you said you started around 5 X 4 and now you are like 9 x 6 but did you have erection problems when you started Penis Enlargement?

I was just wondering if you know much of your 4+ inch Penis Enlargement gains was due to better erections and how much was due to "real" Penis Enlargement gains?


Sorry for all the questions but I think this maybe a important aspect of your 4+ gains. Thanks again.

yup. the first routine is mine, the second is a mix of different routines from here i think, and the third is the DLD ten min routine. i couldn't say (DLD) on there because they would block it out. so i just threw in the fact that it wasn't my routine. hope that didn't break any rules or anything, like i was takin all the credit for it because i wasn't.

yeah but that's the routines that i did. however the first one was most sucessful, the 10 min routine helped me out in girth and keeping close to my original length gains.

don't worry i don't mind the questions at all. i did have erection problems in the beginning, i wouldn't be rock hard just hard enough to cum. however as soon as i started Penis Enlargement and started using kegels almost all day, i got rock hard erections and tried to keep kegeling just to keep it hard. maybe all the kegeling helped keep a more constant supply of blood flow going on down there. so when i did my routine it was more affective. if i don't do my kegels then it's the same problem, i don't maintain erections well and i don't see my gains.

so i guess with me it goes hand and hand. hope i made sense lol
 
Sweet, thanks for the help man! You are one of the ones providing inspiration for all of us newbies.

Your erection problems shows just how important the PC muscle really is. I have been trying to do these almost every day, but I always forget. Im going to really start making a concentrated effort to do all the kegels.

np. any time bro :) keep up the kegels i think that's a huge part. try to do like 1 hour of kegels, then take a half hour break, then do it again. that's what i used to do. give it a try
 
Samz I'm thinking of scrapping all this stuff I'm playing around with at the moment and going to your basic routine. I was worried jelqing couldn't provide me with 2" of length gains but it did for you so thats cool.

How long did it take you to get the first 2 inches if you dont mind me asking?
