I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about 3 months off and on now and I'd say I am starting to make legitimate progress.

I bought the Bathmate X-40 and Extender and I think I understand how to use my equipment effectively.

So much so, I expect to make the same gains as many of you using the extender for 1 hr a day max. (how you guys wear for hours at a time, 5+ hours per day is beyond me) I have stopped using the Bathmate (for now) as I think it is TOO effective at stretching the skin on my penis (which I don't need right now, it requires time off to heal, and I would rather be in the Extender).

I have my wrap technique down perfectly using the Velcro mod. No pinching of the skin. No super dark/ super cold penis head.

When I wear the extender now, I can really feel the stretch/tension in all the right places; the tendons and the other soft tissues in my penis, not my skin. When I finish an extender session, my skin is not irritated at all (I figured out much of my skin irritation was coming from very fine "seams" in the molded plastic of the extender which needed to be sanded down with fine grit sand paper, in addition to the actual stretching of the skin from tension)

POTENTIAL INJURY:

I'm not too worried, but perhaps I should be......?

Yesterday was another great 1 hr session where, again, I can feel the tendons and soft tissues (particularly at the base of my penis) bearing the tension. No pain, just good tension. It reminds me of that point when you are 1 month into a weight lifting program, and you can finally bear a decent amount of weight and just do the exercises and you know you are working the correct muscles and everything just feels right. Ya dig??

That being said, in the last 5 minutes, I increased tension slightly (I know progress is slow and you cannot push things too hard too fast), and after a little time, I think I felt a small, slow tear somewhere in the right side of the base of my penis. I immediately removed the device, but everything seemed ok. No pain still.

No problems getting erect (quite the contrary!). Ejaculation is fine. Urination is fine. No black & blue marks.

But, what I felt was just like when I partially tore some tendons in my shoulder all those years ago. That didn't hurt either when it happened. Just that same slow tearing feeling (it almost feels like slowly tearing a heavy sheet of paper). And finally, the sensations I feel with my penis just feel slightly off. I have checked for sensitivity/numbness on the shaft, glands, and head, but that's fine too. Maybe what I'm feeling is just what it feels like to have a slightly bigger cock.

It's also possible that this is the kind of thing I want to happen... I know Penis Enlargement surgery usually involves cutting of the tendons which anchor the penis, so perhaps this "small tear" is a step in exactly the right direction?

Any experience with what I have described? Should I be worried? Excited? Either way I'm taking a day or two off from Penis Enlargement.

That sounds like normal fatigue and dull soreness from ligamental and expressive, interior gains. This will become less and less as you progress. For me, I kind of miss it...it always reminded me I was gaining:) But, as I said, most men will not have this soreness present after a couple of months but they will still be gaining.

Cannot say it better than DLD really :)

Remember though if you are just wearing the device for an hour a day, you would not increase the tension/size of the device as often. Always check the stretch that you have, you should be able to feel the tension but it shouldnt be painful :)

Good luck with the rest of your Penis Enlargement journey

Due to serious time constraints and lack of privacy, I abandoned PE in May 2013. I would like to jump back into it when my living situation changes soon. Looking back at my progress log, I can see I only really stuck to a consistent nightly routine with the SG for about 2 months. I can see I gained a 3/16" in EL from this (I have measurements from when I was only using the Bathmate for reference). This was while doing 1 hour session in the SG. I suppose this kind of growth is modest but also typical?

I want to revisit a point from my original post: How do members live a life and still log 5+ hours a day in the extender?

I ask because even with the limited time I have spent with the SG, I tend to believe now that 1 hour a day before bed is simply not enough. I am convinced that enduring maximum tension for an hour is not the answer. Reading around the forums, it appears that significantly longer log times at slightly more comfortable tension is the real answer.

Anyway, how do you also live a life? Here is an example typical day: Wake up at 7 AM, in bed by 11 PM. Work 8 hours, but include 1 hour for commute time. That leaves 5 hours left in your day for typical daily life. Thats it! What am I missing?

You can wear your SizeGenetics through the workday, on your commute and still get an hour in at night. Men do this by wearing their SizeGenetics beneath their clothes. In some active jobs this may not be possible, or perhaps the clothing you wear may make it obvious, in these cases I suggest the Phallosan because it is completely hidden under any clothing and can be used through sleep time. With the way things are today, if a man wanted, he could practice PE 24 hours a day. Creatively is the way to think. Even if you just got in the hour commute + your hour at night you will be getting in 3 hours which is a decent time spent in the SizeGenetics.

I could never use a sg out in public. But no problems with the phallosan.

The sg needs to be taken off every half hour to hour.

The pf needs to be taken off when you have to take a leak

I definitely had this happen as well. Not anymore but in my first 2 months it was common.

With the right strapping techniques the SG can be worn for 1.5 to 2 hours without a break. I did this consistently once I had it figured out.

Yup, I remember being in unreal ligament soreness for a good two months. I worked through it because I wanted gains and I did not want pain to get in the way. Glad I did this because my first 6 months were incredible. At about 2-3 months the soreness did not happen.

You've got to decide how big of a priority PE is going to be, if you need to do in public PE, you may want to get a VLC and use the strap - this option is relatively inexpensive and is by far the most covert way that can be maintained for a long time. Personally I just discovered this but have logged a few thousand hours with just the SG - and I never wore the SG for more than an hour without needing to adjust - you'll figure out how to make it work. But, if your don't have much privacy at work - the VLC and strap or the phallosan will probably be your best options for public PE.

If go this route then crank up the SG when ever you have time because it has more pull than the other two options. Good Luck!

Great Advice Goodtogreat!

Thank for the advice goodtogreat!

I have done more reading around the forum, and specifically read through doublelongdaddy's article on SRT. I can say for sure that I am guilty of what DLD says most men do: do the exercises and then forget about training until the next session the following day. I see now that healing in an extended state is critical to progress. So I have taken your advice to heart and plan on getting myself a VLC w/ strap for all day stretching. This will be my solution for stretching while at work and in public.

My routine will be as follows:
1+ hours at night with the extender and velcro mod. This method is how I will apply mid to high tension.
Sleep all night with an ACE bandage wrap to allow for healing in an extended state and prevent any turtling.
After showering in the AM, wear the VLC with a strap to apply low tension all day while at work and commuting.
Repeat.

Does this seem like a reasonable, effective routine?

This is very reasonable, just remember to always check circulation regularly. When wrapping through the night you need to ensure circulation stays healthy all night, so just take care to check circulation regularly and experiment to find the right "tightness" for the wrap to maximize extension while maintaining circulation. Now, this isn't a routine to experience SUPER FAST gains, but over time it will give you some gains... but you will have to be consistent with it.

Utilizing sleep time is becoming more and more popular. I am so happy we have a tool that can do this now, The Phallosan has really proved itself!
