first, let me introduce myself. I have been hanging using the DIY snake hanger since february (im on my 14th week). I do 3 sets of 20 minutes 5 days a week at 10 pounds (i have done 12.5 pounds and could probably do 15) straight down. I have not been too enthusiastic about increasing the weight outside of a few sets that were for my own curiosity, mainly because i have heard that increasing weight too quickly will cause the ligaments to harden and stunt my gains. I also jelq occaisionally after the hanging sessions when i can. Which brings me to the reason I am posting. I am definately seeing flacid length gains, but i am not to sure about erect gains ( i know, i know, expecting gains in 3 months is like going to the gym for 3 weeks and expecting gains). as you may now guess i am also very dedicated to weighlifting at this point in my life and i am going through a bulking phase. My fat pad is bigger than it usually is so i know that my perception can be skewed when it comes to my gains. But the real problem is after going to the gym mon, tues, thursday, fri, and landscaping on the weekends, my hands are WAYYYYY too tired to jelq or stretch or anything. Now, I like the MOS Titan pills for fitness, as well as for its intended uses and i plan on putting it on my permanent vitamin regimen, it gives me a better hang and better blood flow when im using my snake hanger but i have low blood pressure and when i do jelq it turns into a pseudo stretching session because my penis feels like a empty tube of toothpaste(overexxageration but you get the point). I do have the autoxsleeve but dont get to use it as regularly as id like to be using it. Im at 6.5 length when erect and id like to be long enough to lie to myself and say that im 8 inches. whatever girth gains i would make along the way would be a bonus but im not that concerned with girth as my cock can barely fit in my girlfriends mouth to begin with.

So, there are 2 parts to my question.

At what point or weight does one start to tend to see any real progress?

what else can i be doing in my abundance of spare to to better my chances.
 
Ligaments hardening I have never heard of before this post, I am not sure a ligament can become hardened in this way, the ligaments are not prone to scar tissue as other parts of the body but I could be off. I will have to refer to some deeper research to really figure this out.
 
dld, maybe i confused the ligaments for the 'steel cord' or w.e. chances are it is me who is getting things confused. I forget where i read it, but it was while i was researching ADS devices arguing that one could prevent themself from growing by putting too much stress too early.

any thoughts on my questions?

The first time I started hanging I saw results with weight between 5 and 10 lbs. The result was only about .25 inches though, so if you don't measure carefully or just go by what you visually see you will miss the gains. That being said, according to Bib and many posters they begin to see many of their gains around 15 lbs and heavier. The thing that separates hanging from things like the sizegenetics or manual stretching is that you can use very high weights for a long time. Take that into consideration and continue to safely move up in weight.

In terms of what else you can do in your spare time I would say you should just do more hanging. If hanging works and you believe that, then the more time you put into it the more results you will get. You aren't doing much right now to see major gains, especially if you are a normal or hard gainer.

The thing that throws me for loops on hanging is the point that it seems men doing manual work and using the SizeGenetics seem to make better gains than those hanging but in the hay day of hanging (7 years ago) it was the rave. I think a survey comparing the various stretching methods against one another would be smartest to get the best idea of time and gains made using different methods.

From what I've seen on the forum, men who use other means to gain length gained faster than those who are into hanging. I also think there is something like ligaments hardening. I've worked with someone who hanged for 4 months. When I coached him, he couldn't gain erect length. He was making only flaccid gains.

Is this common? Maybe hanging will be a way for me to increase my flaccid length, after I have reached 8" bpel, and not risking to increase my bpel past 8".

It is best to get all the gains you seek through normal stretches before venturing into hanging. You can still make some gains from hanging if you focus on it. Your girth goal is just 0.5 inches away.

Okey I was just thinking after I have cemented 8 bpel that hanging, could be a way to increase flaccid length without increasing BPEL. Or is this not possible. Probably not worth it for me. I will for sure get as much flaccid as I need, with stretching with LENGTHMASTER 3.

Increase in flaccid length will lead to erect gains as well. The tough part of your goal is the length part. The girth part is easy. My girth goal is far, this is why I'm focusing on girth work combined with jelqs and hardcore stretches.

With lengthmaster stretching there is little reason to hang
