I have been doing expressive stretchings in different directions behind the cheeks,down out n up.just to stretch the inner penis out.

I had the newbie stretchings in mind but the expressive stretchings mentioned above are enough IMO any ideas what do you guys think ...
 
There might be some gains in this or that direction so why not use every possible angle and do newbie stretches?
When you're short on time BTC and downward are probably your best bet.

yeah maybe that makes sense too stretching the inner penis out and pulling it out even more whit newbie stretchings...

actually takes me like 45 mins doing the expressive stretchings one mine each stretching.but yeah im going to do the newbies when i can..

Would you say hanging (with LM) will bring more gains then ADS?
 
An extender is mostly used for passive PE, to let the penis heal in an extended state, to speed up gains and some part of cementing.

While LM is mostly for active PE and you can use it for hanging and hanging could be something you might do active/passive

Well LM would be a great investment if you wanna do hanging or are stuck on a length plataeu, correct a baseball bat shape.

I would say maybe faster gains, but it all depends where you're at in your progress.
As a newbie you have the best opportunity for making huge gains in a short/shorter period of time.
But at the same time you've to condition yourself in the beginning, at least a little bit, although there might be some man who wouldn't hurt themselves no matter what.

And I would see hanging as "advanced"

There needs to be both, active and passive gains. Active means exercises and tools we use to make gains. Passive is when we heal in a expanded or elongated. So you would use your LengthMaster to actively gain through all the various exercises that are possible. Passive would be wearing a Phallosan all night and day. Use your SizeGenetics at a low tension to heal. Use an ACE at night if you do not have a Phallosan. All these things are explained in detail in the SRT, worth mastering.

One million dollar question..its been like 6 years since i started whit this pullin stretchings n squeezing n i have gained very little id say i was 5.25 x4.75 before PE n nowadays im like 7.25bpel x 5...... n when im not bone pressing im between 6.50 and 6.75 depending on EQ...Sometimes im a bit smaller..Bad days..

what about you have you gained ? I think one of the most impressive gainers i have recently know about is Big beard Big..he is like 7 nbpel n hes been here for a very short period of time..
