Hi, guys!

I hope you all are well.

I just need to vent a little frustration here. As some of you may know, I'm a strong supporter of jelqing. In fact, all my gains were a result of jelqing.
When I strarted Penis Enlargement for the very first time, I tried a combination of both stretching and jelqing, as recommended in the newbie routine. I could never really adapt to the stretching part of the exercises, and mostly due to one reason alone. Later on, throughout my Penis Enlargement experience, even when I was more consistent (during the phase that gave me results), I made several attempes to add stretching to my routine, only to come out with the same undesired result. Recently, I decided to give it another go and, guess what, it happend again – every time I stretch, I immediately get red dots all over my glans and shaft. EVERY FUCKING TIME!!! >:(
And yes, I do warm-up. And no, I don't over stretch it. In fact, I can't because I have very strong ligaments.
So what the hell am I doing wrong here? Does anybody else have this problem?

Damn, this is why I based my whole Penis Enlargement routine on just jelqing and am really happy with it. But it really gets frustrating to not be able to stretch without this inconvenience.

Sorry for the rant and thank you for your attention!

This is strange.... I would strongly advise you to reverse kegel when you stretch, this way you can take the strong ligs out of the picture. About your red spot problem- I get the same shit sometimes, but when I jelq- because my penis is engorged with blood and has reached a point of fullness it has never had before maybe, but this seems strange indeed! Are your sport on the out layer of the skin or it looks lke they're deep in? You might be over stretching THE SKIN instead of your inner penis... I don't know, as much as I want to help you, this is the only thing I see as a plasible reason.. :)

Hi, Zambrodom. Thanks for the reply.

I've gotten the red sopts on my skin from jelqing too, but that is usually when I overdo it, either because I use too much pressure, do it for too long, or when I return from Penis Enlargement after some time off and my penis isn't accustomed to the pressure anymore. But even then, in the worst situations, I can still do about 100 reps and only after that do the spots begin to show.
Now, with stretching, I can't understand why, even if I do so much as, say, 30 seconds of it, I get the red spots. I can't tell you if they're on the outer layer of the skin or deeper, because they tend to show mostly all over my glans. It's not like it hurts or anything like that, but it looks nasty and it's enough to make me put my Penis Enlargement on hold for about a week (to allow some time for the red spots vanish completely and for me to be sure it is perfectly healed). <:(

Warm ups and warm down will work wonders but you should explore the various ways to do this to find what works best for you. In my case, with my privacy and excellent time to dedicate to it (as I am sitting for much of the day while I work) I use an electric heating pad. This not only keeps every bit of red dots, discoloration and other skin ailments to a minimum but it also is very effective with keeping gains to stay longer, which is the heart of SRT.

In the mix there is also other warm ups/down to try. The Rice Sock works well for some, others like wet heat as in a bath or a hot wash cloth. Even beyond this some have become proficient with oils in the heating and use in massage...be careful with this method as if the oil is too hot you can burn yourself.

Also, in training, this is for everyone really, going too long in pumping, clamping or any other restrictive type exercise will cause blood spots and discoloration. It becomes important to realize that, through SRT and our learnings, shorter sets of constriction do not slow the gains in any way, but they do help in keeping things like retention, discoloration and spotting at bay, especially when they are super-setter with a jelqing exercise, SlowSquashJelqs being the best.

That is a really good method of warming up... I was thinking about something similar to this, but right now it is a no-no since my privacy level is close to zero :)

The thing is, I already do warm-ups and warm-downs. I always start my routines with a 2 minute warm-running-water warm-up and, after I'm done, I hit my morning hot shower. And it's not about overdoing any restrictive exercise either. I only do wet jelqs and have no problem with that. If I take a long break from jelqing, I can get back to my daily routine and work my way up from about 200 to 1000 reps in about a month, and not get a single red spot.
But as soon as I try stretching, even after my usual 2 minute warm up, bam! I do as little as 30 seconds and the fucking spots appear all over my glans.>:(

good to have you back here, Savage. When I first entered the board, your posts were one of the most helpful and encouraging ones.

@topic: given the premise that the red spots only appear on your glans, my best guess would be that the pressure of your grip is too high, i.e.that your glans is very sensible. As we know, red spots show when small capillaries burst; thus the fact that only your glans is affected, seems to imply that you very likely apply too much force to it with your pulling hand. It might be smart to test out different levels of intensity to determine a level, that allows you to stretch safely. Though, you could have the problem that this safe intensity level is too low to put a veritable amount of stress on your ligs. But maybe you are one of those guys who gain length by emphasizing extensity instead of intensity. With length the duration of the workouts become a more crucial aspect than with girth.

No, he said he get the dots over the shaft as well.... I guess that if he just stops caring whether red dots appear or not and just continues doing his routines it's all gonna be fine. I mean if the dots disappear hours after the session- it might be nothing to worry about...

you''re right, I've somehow missed that info from the first post. But later he stated that they show mostly on his glans (post No.3). That's where I was coming from.

I think a good rule of thumb is if they go away minutes to a few hours after his session- they should be no problem. Maybe his sking is very sensitive and there are some stuff outside his Penis Enlargement life that may play role in this- his underwear etc.

Thanks for the welcome back, Satyr. I'm glad you found my posts helpful. :)
That is exactly one of the problems. If I don't grab my glans the way I do, I can barely stretch my penis out, or at least it keeps pulling back. But thank you very much for yout advice on the extensity vs. intensity subject, it makes sense and it might just be what I need to try. :)

Thanks for your input, Zambrodom, but unfortunately they don't disappear after a few hours. As I've said in an earlier post, whenever I get these red spots from stretching, it puts my Penis Enlargement on hold for about a week...

What underwear? :)

mmh, they stay for one week? That is indeed very long. I tend to get them during my girth workouts, but they usually disappear after 24 hours. Seems that you're very sensible, so it's smart to pay attention to such signs of overworking. I don't think red spots are dangerous per se, but they surely indicate some kind of "overreaching" as you would call it in sports science.
Have you thought about an extender? From what I've read that would be a possibility to put light stretching intensity for a long time period. Maybe that's the way to go for you. Otherwise jelqing could be an option, but I guess you stopped it because your girth was getting to big for your gf?

Edit: one further possibility that comes to my mind is the "paradoxical pullout". Someone brought it up again a few weeks ago. Totally different approach invented by the MOS legend German Stallion. Here's the link: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?40496-German-Stallion-s-Paradoxical-Pullout
A lot stuff to read but it might help you out of your dilemma.
cheers

Nope, it wasn't the girth, it was actually the length. :) But yeah, I will either try Zambrodom3's suggestion of going for a lighter grip for a longer period of time, or I will just happily carry on with my jelqing routine. We'll see how my lady reacts to whatever developments may come.
