Is it really necessary to follow the routine if I stretch in all directions, do rotary stretches and with maximum intensity for 50-60 minutes regularly? Also, is it ok to take a day off or two every week in terms of gaining fastest? I just want to know cause I hear you have to let your penis heal and thats when most gains happen. I am 5 inches NBP and I followed the newbie routine for 15 days or so and then stopped for 6 months and when I was doing that I was approximately 4.7 inches erect. So I don't know if I gained the .3-.4 inches or I measured wrong cause I barely did any Penis Enlargement officially. I just masturbated a lot. Also, my NBFSL is the same as it was back then. I want to gain 2+ inches and for the 2 inches I'm expecting 6-8 months. How long should it take? I know some are slow some are fast growers.
 
If you have intensity+time invested you will grow, the routines are just what has worked well for others. In terms of time off I take virtually no time off after years of various exercises cause that just works for me, if you have the free time I suggest just keep going till it doesn't feel right then take a break. Only thing I would definitely do differently in your place is at least a little Jelqing.
 
I used to jelq still do sometimes but not officially. I don't do jelqs daily because I seen somewhere that its most effective to focus on one thing at a time and it kinda makes sense to me. I just want length gains for now, FAST length gains!
I got anotha quesiton. Does it incraese or decrease the intensity stretching the penis with 2 hands? I usually stretch with one hand but will start with two if that's whats more intense and effective.
 
You may think Jelqing is a waste of time but I have found that it is important for your overall health.

It leads to better erections and sexual performance.

By the way, your gains are really impressive. Did you Penis Enlargement for 7 years straight and then got that measurements? ALso what Penis Enlargement you do?
 
Routine probably does matter past the newbie stage, I tend to be really inconsistent with extender use when I first got it, i.e. using once every 3 days 1 set only, under an hour, I felt it best and the day after my penis wouldn't stretch quite as far but would gain a bit on the 2nd day after resting. I made probably 3/4 of an inch gain in length over lazily doing this for like 2 and half months (not optimal I know ). Now I have reached a point where I have plateaud in my length gain and due to my poor preparation I find it difficult to increase volume as my penis is not fully conditioned for it. But by all means if you are gaining, keep gaining in the laziest way possible if it suits your time constraints and personality.
 
I would say a stretching routine that include Rotaries and Behind the Cheeks would suffice since all angular directions can be hit from these two stretches. This would only pertain to length. You would need to include a girth exercise in order to gain girth.

DLD, I don't understand this. I've been following this thread and frankly I don't understand why the OP doesn't just follow the newbie routine. If you have 50 to 60 minutes to do a routine then that's 20 to 30 minutes longer than you need to do the newbie routine. What's the deal? It seems like the OP is asking for permission to cheat themselves when we ALL know that this won't work out for them in the long run.

Doing the newbie routine which takes about 30 minutes a day is the way to start. I can't imagine why the OP would want to start their own variation on this from the get go.
 
It's not about that. I know newbie routine is less time consuming but my BIGGEST problem is that I can't follow a particular routine, I just don't remember it.
And I stretch throughout the whole day. I'm not really a good follower. I tried following newbie routine for 15 days at most and that was 6 months ago which of course I could not continue doing.
Also, I think this past 7 days have been EXTREMELY intense for me. my ligs and all around my ligs hurt.

I still have some questions since nobody pays attention to my threads. I think my EQ level is 80-100% today. BUT, my ligaments hurt especially when I stretch down below. It wasn't hurting as much before.
I'm wondering if I damaged the tissues and I won't see further gains because I stretch with extreme intensity since the beginning of serious Penis Enlargement and it's been a week?

I'm just trying to get the fastest results 7" NBPenis EnlargementL. In 6 months preferably. I don't really stretch in all directions. Some directions like right left up not much. I mostly do ligaments stretching and I try to feel the maximum stretch on my ligs for minutes. I sometimes go for 10 seconds, sometimes 20, and sometimes up to a minute. I haven't seen any noticable gains so far so I'm trying my hardest. I'm currently not focussing on my girth. So let me know what should I do to get 2 more inches in 6 months?
