You can definitely ease into it as you posted. The DLD Stretches have worked for millions of men, they will work for you. I also suggest you read through the SRT thread, this will help you understand many parts of PE that you will need now and in the future.

Thanks DLD you're amazing! I started doing everyday 3 sets of the newbie stretches in the morning, 15 min of jelqing and 5 min of slow squash jelqs in the afternoon, and 2 sets of stretching at night.... What do u think?

It's a good routine.Don't forget about kegels, very important exercise.Start with 50-100 and build up more reps later on.Be consistent.

And also start a progress thread, this is something that will really benefit you through your entire PE journey.

Hey Sicilian,

Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to start seeing differences. Try this for kicks - take a picture now of yourself at a full erection with a tape measure/ruler whathaveyou, and then move up to doing the full DLD Newbie Routine every day, kegels too. In three weeks time, take another picture and compare the differences between the two. I guarantee you will see a difference that you'll like :)

Cheers,

Blue

Just do jelqs for a month and then start to slowly introduce SSJ into your routine. They have a learning curve to them so be vigilant. You also don't wanna make your tunica and ligs tough early on, they'll hinder gains in the future. You'll have to work harder if you want more.

Since ive included stretching a week ago my eq has went all the way down and i have been kegeling... Should i continue stretching?

Yes continue stretching. You are experiencing fatigue but there are some things you can do to help this. Doing Kegels is the best routine to getting the best erections. If you masturbate, this may cause Fatigue. After a serious girth workout you could experience fatigue. If you are doing girth work (which is most likely the culprit of the fatigue) you may want to set up a routine that includes girth every other day, this will allow you good EQ for girth work and some extra healing time.

Thanks DLD im planning on gaining .5 inch length and .25 inch girth before buying the bathmate and size genetics. So far ill continue doing 5 sets of newbie stretches a day and jelqs every other day with about 1000 kegels a day. Once i reach my goal i will be purchasing the equipment.

1000 kegels a day are too much at your level.Your PC muscle will get very tierd and you won't be able to mantain erections, for even days, until your PC muscle will recover. It happend to me.If you never did kegels, start easily,100-200,and every week add another 50-100...500 reps a day should be enough later on,make sure your holding and squeezing when you do a kegel, not just a quick rep...squeeze and hold for about 2-3 seconds, release, that's a strong rep imo.

In the very beginning of my PE I would do Kegels throughout the entire day, thousands of them, non-stop through the whole day. It only made my pelvic floor muscles stronger and my erections harder.

I did 100 jelqs followed by 5 second holds throughout the day in the beginning. I didn't have a problem holding my kegels, the slow release is the worst one to get down lol. You just have to get your mind and body under control. It'll come, don't worry. If you can stop your pee and hold it than you can any other time. Practice, practice and practice my man. Everybody is different but we're all human. We can train our body to do almost anything.
