Random thought after reading some thread on thundersplace .

This guy who said that he worked nonstop , 7 days and gained faster .
Maybe this is why i'm not gaining ?

How exactly did you gain so fast , aren't rest days the major part of gaining ?

I think today would be perfect to start my rest days since it's the weekend .

It would be hard for me to determine if my excessive training benefitted me or not. I got a lot of flack for training as much as I did but I also got flack for erect stretching and jelqing, most people thought I was crazy. For me it was more the belief that drove me so hard, once I realized this shit actually worked I was in the bathroom all day. My curiosities about gaining faster also kept me training very hard. With each new discovery I was amped up even more. After gaining 2" I had become a Penis Enlargement freak, all I wanted to do was train and gain. I still train 7 days on no days off, I do not spend as much time in active Penis Enlargement (about 60 minutes daily) but passively I am still training all day with SizeGenetics, Uncle Jim's Wrap and such.

Remember, when I started doing Penis Enlargement there was little in the way of exercises. Mostly jelqs and basic stretching. With such a limited arsenal I was determined to find new, faster ways to gain. This further fueled my involvement, there was so much to discover and this was my job. Today we gain at much faster rates due to advanced exercise and equipment but it did take years to put this all together.

For my first 6 months I did not measure but I knew I was gaining as it showed. I originally used the Newbie Routine, which became Phase 1 of the Matters of Size Program. About 3 months in I started to create some of my own exercises and eventually this became Phase 2. At six months I measured a 2" gain in length and a half inch gain in girth. At this point I really was in the creative mode and came out with many new exercises that are still used today. I am very proud for what we have created here, we all brought a lot top the table. Things would not be where they are today if it were not for the men who stuck around and kept the spirit alive.

How big was your girth when you started ?

If you could remember , or assume sense you said you didn't measure .
Right now I'm confused whether I'm a pencil or not ...

My starting stats were 6.5" in bone-pressed erect length and 4.75" of erect girth measured mid-shaft.

So you've never took a break during phase 1 ?

No sir, everyday I trained. The first break I took was somewhere about 8 months in when I accidentally tore my frenulum. This kept me out of the game for some time but during the break I discovered DLD Blasters so I am happy it happened. Today, using SRT as my main workout, I train in 3 month chunks everyday and rest for an entire month after. This would be the first routine that I have used that I do take a break. I mainly do this to see how gains react, how they cement, and what changes may happen during the break. A lot of what I do is test and try out different methods to make things happen faster. I am currently on a break until August 1.

Damn dude , i'm not sure what to do .

My flaccid is bugging me because it's so small , i just started using the CE bandage a day ago .

I just feel like it's not working anymore , i need some encouragement .

Is it normal that my pubic bone feels like it's about to pop when i stretch my penis ?

Yes, some of my best jelqings have been very very short. I think intensity is important.

In time, you will probably want to raise the time you jelq for - but we are talking maybe a minute a month here. People way way over do it.

A lot of people here seem to be afraid of making a strict comparison between pe and weightlifting. While its true the dick isn't a muscle, it is an object subject to forces that can cause its state to change overtime like the way weightraining affects muscles. It is very similar to weightraining.

Many here state: oh rest days are very important! But then they talk about doing something for half an hour and do the same thing again the next day.

Doesnt it make more sense to actually rest if rest days are so important? Do you really think your dick will store growth from day to day? It won't. You have to rest it to grow it. Logically, the best possible way would be to jelq (or whatever) would be to rest and heal and make your microgrowths and then start the process over. Otherwis you are jelqing, not totally healing and doing that again! Ouch!

Actually rest days are more than important - they are the only way growth happens. Although I talk about a 5 day 10 min routine, like I said, I think the every other day routine is superioir. I believe the gains came from that not the 5 day. I'm switching over totally to this way. I'm going through jelq withdrawal right now (lol)

Its very addictive this pe. Anyways, makes sense to me to jelq then rest, jelq then rest - this way you can be pretty sure that you have healed and are building on top of growth. It is like weigthlifting.

As far as 50-70% being taxing - hell yeah - in fact it is far more more taxing for me than erect jelqing was because you can tidal wave the blood to your dickhead over and over - just easy does it.

Whatever, I'm not an expert at this stuff. This is just what I have discovered at about 6 months into this.

We could argue about bp and nbp (which I admit is kind of a sili argument - just find a consistent way to measure and you will be fine. I just have issue with people who say it is the gold standard or correct way - if look at bp, it has the same problems as nbp plus bonus ones! lol) and the benefits of jelqing or hanging but seriously - I have heard nothing but bad about erect jelqing. If it works for you, fine. But i'm just relating my experience and i wish everyone here the best.

The is simply the way some men approach Penis Enlargement. Some truly need rest in order to grow while others need none. In my mind the penis is far different than body building when it comes to training. Muscles really need time to repair and this is why we see training schedules that do not hit the same body part to close together. When I trained in the gym I went Mon: Back and Bi, Wed: Chest and Tris, and Fri: shoulders and legs. In Penis Enlargement we do not need the rest as we do in weight training because there is very little muscle. Training daily, for me, was also necessary to stay motivated, I knew the way I work and a day off could turn into a permanent vacation. EVen today, on my breaks, I still do some passive Penis Enlargement throughout the day to stay in the game. In the end, it is what works best for you and the only way to know this is by keeping a strict journal and solid measurements.
